I can't go back to using another controller. The trigger locks and rubber grips make a big difference.

Great product, I've owned in the past and still doesnt let down. The Under-paddles are great to keep your thumbs on the sticks where they belong.

Good controller do a while, but it’s a common issue for the RB button to stop working after awhile. I don’t ever throw my controller or drop it, it just happened

My husband plays video games a lot so the remote gets used and abused. The remote usually last him about 8 months until it starts to have issues. So GET the warranty. For some reason he loves this remote and will only buy this remote. I don’t play video games so I’m not sure how durable remotes are suppose to be, but he’s gone through a few of them. The warranty isn’t cheap but it’s cheaper than having to buy a new remote every so often.

No complaints at all! No need to worry about battries and the grip on the controller handles are great!

Amazing controller! The custom button remapping and rear button paddles are worth it alone if you like playing games with a controller on PC, an Xbox One or Series X/S. I map most game's crouch and jump buttons to the right paddles so my thumb doesn't need to leave the thumbstick and stop aiming to perform those actions. Just be wary of any paddle mappings that are buttons that can delete characters like the X button in Destiny 2. I've heard one too many stories of people setting their Elite on their lap or on some junk on a coffee table and a paddle was pressed in for the "delete character" command, and they accidentally pressed the confirm paddle button when picking up the controller. Aside from that, the trigger stops are nice to give your index fingers a bit of a rest for repetitive trigger pulls, and with custom remapping, you can tweak your button layout in most games to emulate the layout of your favorite games. I've heard stories of some people's controllers wearing down bumper buttons faster than others, but so far, my first Elite series 2 lasted almost 2 years before the bumper wore down and I needed to replace it. Far better than the usual 6-9 months of the Elite series 1. The GSP protection is a livesaver, though not as cheap of a plan when they were first released. The 2-year warranty is currently $60, which is the cost of a normal controller to replace what would be this luxury $180 controller. I really hope we see a day where custom remapping and horizontally aligned back paddles become the norm and not a luxury. But for the time being, this is my favorite controller of all time.

As my title says, this controller is very comfortable in my hands. I have bigger hands so that was important to me. The weight is perfect and it pairs right up with Windows 11 without an issue.

Great controller with many customizable options when you have the pack form the last version. Amazing weight feel and good size for those with bigger hands, no problem with connection on PC and registers fast with no notable input lag.

The elite series 2 is better in many ways than the Series 1, but does have some trade offs. You can read about the updates on the Msft website. So I just tell you what the negatives over the series one are. First the battery isn’t replaceable, so ones it’s capacity starts to go down, you’re out of luck. The other difference I’ve found is the textured grips are definitely not as sticky as the series one. Sure the texture looks and feels the same, this feels more like textured plastic than textured rubber. It’s more noticeable the longer you use it.

Works great for PC and Xbox. It has a switch to change between my computer or Xbox. Pairs easily and works great.
