Better quality Pro Controller than Series one
||Posted . Owned for 2 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Better quality than the first series of controller. Had the first series controller and it broke easily and quickly. Iv had this controller for a while and put it through extreme gaming and still works great!

Microsoft needs to do some quality control.
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.First off, the controller look and feel are excellent. I love the rubber grips (can't have a controller without them since the first Elite controller) and these feel better quality from the last. Because that was a major wear and tear issue before. I love the monochromatic look as well. Overall I'm a fan for the most part of the changes. USB-C, finally. There are just too many cons. I have gone through two of these controllers and they both had the same issues, and were 6 months apart. My A button is constantly sticking, it has a noticeable reaction lag. My RB, also sticks and has a noticeable sound when I press down on it, like a spring or something is our of place. The most used buttons were defective on arrival... on two models. I just can't justify getting this controller because it has been riddled with issues from the start. I had the 6m gap in between because Microsoft said they were addressing the issues... apparently not. Also, they don't include the taller analog sticks like the did in the first model. They include ONE, and it's far too tall. I feel like they skimped on the accessories to include the charging stand. For 200+ on a controller, I couldn't recommend it, and if you do buy the Best Buy Protection. Note: there's a reason the protection is so pricey on the controller...

Best controller on the market
||Posted . Owned for more than 2 years when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I use this controller just about every day. The controller is well built and has not had any problems so far. The customization you can do to this controller with such ease is impressive and give you a whole different experience with first person shooters. I recommend this controller to anyone who wants a well built user friendly controller.

Gamers will love!
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The newest Elite controller is much more comfortable than its predecessor. The metal Melee toggles no longer hurt the users hands due to the smaller size of the product. I've had some issues with disconnection during game play otherwise it'd be 5 stars.

Great but faulty controller
||Posted . Owned for 8 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Works great when it doesn’t break. Really like the built in battery. Feels good during long play sessions and the finger paddles on the back are programmable and are excellent in games such as PubG. I use the paddles set for consumable items which makes healing and buffing on the fly simple between shootouts. Have to give it a negative review due to the fact I’ve had to warranty replace it once after only a couple months of use and the buttons and thumb sticks went bad faster than a standard controller.

The best.
||Posted . Owned for 1 year when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The rear paddles are a game changer. Awesome to program for ground and reload or air rolls on rocket league. I’ve had for a little over a year and getting some stick drift though. Only downside so far.

Warrenty, warrenty, warrenty
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. When buying these controllers take out the warrenty as you will need it. Left and right bumpers go out as my previous ones did. With that being said stick tension adjustment and paddels make a huge difference in game play and the controller feels great ergonomicly. Love my Elite controller just wish there was better life to bumpers.
