Terrible. Everything will eventually break on this controller. They have a manufacturing warranty for this controller for a reason.

Not very good controller. Only last about a year than doneto

I’ve had to replace this controller as a trigger broke on the old one. Made it a pretty good Christmas present.

Only rating 1 star because of the proteion plan they offer on this product. Product is great, very good improvement over the 1st generation elite controller. Getting the protection plan on this product is not worth it. Best buy use to have a store in my area and they closed it. I started experiencing controller drift. I called the 1-800-geeksquad and got transferred multiple times just to be told I have to drive 3 hours to use the protection plan.

Received controller as an excellent open box. Out of the box it already had stick drift. Everything looked new at opening.

Needed a pro series controller i was tired of getting batteries and not having the flexibility to change buttons love this controller

This a good controller, much better than the stock versions. Ther bumper buttons will still wear out though.

Awesome product with everything needed for better gaming experience. I would recommend to anyone with Xbox series x to get one asap.

DO NOT BUY! They are advertising the FST-00008 model but what you actually get is the FST-00001 model which is riddled with bugs and issues. Get it from Microsoft directly and BUY the EXTENDED WARRENTY.

Its was ok but had problems with the trigger lock ended up returning

Purchased on sale received a defective item I know thats not bestbuys fault but when I take the controller back just to exchange for one that actually works they tell me the sale is no longer going on and I would have to pay the difference to get another one

I got what said excellent condition but when I received the face was vary warn and the left bumper doesn’t work unless u press pretty hard definitely just gunna get a new one next time or maybe a used from amazon they normally do pretty good with there used/refurbished

Excellent up until the thumb sticks seize. Coupled with controller drift, I’d recommend buying two normal controllers over one of these.

Unfortunately I would say I love this controller but the left and right bumpers just stopped working. Very frustrating.

If you're buying this for competitive gaming or any sort of precise input gaming, don't. Google "Elite Series 2 issues," this controller has a plethora of issues. If you play any games that require you to press, hold, and release the A button, you'll catch the controller releasing the press while your thumb is holding the button down. (Playing the new tony hawk, I ollie randomly while holding A to go) googled the issue and TONS of people are returning this controller for similar issues.

Was working great I purchased this October 2019 and last week the B button is not working properly anymore I take really good care of it and it’s now not working

Ordered the open box with excellent condition twice. The first one was dirty and the USBC cable was missing. The second one had a crack and both thumbsticks were missing.

Went through 2 brand new controllers , both of them having stock drift out of the box. Had to return them the next day. It’s not best buy fault it’s mind blowing to know this has been a huge problem since day one of the elite 2 in 11/2019. And almost 2 years later Microsoft still hasn’t fixed the issues. Smh very disappointed in Microsoft as a company..

New control system is amazing with my xbox and easy to use with many features and looks better than any regular Xbox controller

Received the controller and was very excited to use it, but the d-pad doesn't work very well. Would expect better from a "new" product
