Really nice
||Posted . Owned for 10 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Truly the benchmark for quality in gaming controllers. Solid, feels great, and thorough attention to detail. The triggers are long enough for racing games but can be shortened as well. I only wish they let you choose between the concave joysticks or convex like on Nintendo and Playstation. Concave never made any sense...

Perfect!
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Due to all the negative feedbacks on the series 1, I didn’t buy the 1st one. This time I took my chance hoping that the 2nd is much improved. It is an awesome controller. MS addressed many issues reported from the 1st one. I am loving it so far! The only downside is the price. Yes, it’s not cheap and with this money, you can buy a new console with little bit of extra.

Noticeable upgrade from standard controller
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Upgraded from standard controller. There is a noticeable difference. I don't know if its wort almost double the price. If you find it on sale for 109.99 then I would say its worth it.

Worth it
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Definitely worth it, has a little more weight to it , sleek look. Love the protective case it comes with to charge inside, the gripped skin on it is great if you’re hands get sweaty. Paddle boards on back are awesome so you don’t have to take your fingers off toggle sticks... 100% worth the buy if you want the best playing experience

No more stick drift!
||Posted . Owned for 2 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Very nice controller and a great value compared to standers controller. I was experiencing a lot of stick drift with standard controller and so far this has proven to be more durable and the battery last a long time.

I recommend the G7 gamesir
||Posted . Owned for 1 year when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The control controller is all right. It works well. I like to custom ability of it, but the LB/RB button stop working sometimes and it gets stick drift after a while. I had a black one that got stick drift, and the LB button stopped working.

Solid FPS wireless controller
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The customization is really nice with the additional 4 back buttons. Thumb stick selection is nice, but a tall stick with a fat head would be better for FPS games for accuracy. Build quality seems sold, and weight feels premium. Wish it came with a wireless dongle. Picked up one up which adds to the total cost, and have only connection 1 drop so far. The D pad sucks. It is not responsive for fast paced games that use this like 2D platformers. I switch to a PS4 controller to play them. I use this for COD Warzone & picked up the warranty as reviews of it failing seem a little too frequent, and COD is harsh on controllers. I prefer the shspe & size of the PS4 & PS5 controllers a lot more, but the lack the buttons on the back. Removing those from the back is easy if you only need 2, or have larger hands and bump the wrong ones too much. It's definitely a med to large hands controller. Software works, and set up is easy

||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Feels sturdy and the weight is nice. I’ve not experienced any drift or button issues I did have a launch model that was starting to develop bumper issues but that was after literally thousands of hours of use and only one bumper. I like it so I got another one.

GET THIS CONTROLLER
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was skeptical about spending 150 bucks for a controller. After a few weeks, I don’t think I could go back. The ability to customize all the buttons, the addition of the four paddles, the feel, and long battery life makes this a worthy purchase. Took a few days to get used to the extra buttons, but well worth it. Highly recommended!!

Well done XBOX!!
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This controller is just totally awesome. Fully programmable and will take ur whole gaming experience to a new level for sure!! I must say, though the programming part of it is definitely at a higher level capable understanding. I would recommend watching the associated video of this product if it’s still offered through Best Buy website and not recommended for younger children.

||Posted . Owned for 1.5 years when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is the only controller we use. A big disappointment. Buy the warranty!!!
||Posted . Owned for 3 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The Elite Series 2 brings a lot of disappointment. When I first bought the controller I had to return it the next day because the D pad was misaligned. The right D pad button was tilted up, making it harder to press compare to the left D pad button. After 4 months of gaming, my bottom right paddle stopped working and I had to use my warranty to get it replaced which meant I had to rebuy the warranty which costed me another $50. After getting the controller replaced, my left trigger stopper adjuster fell off. On the previous elite the trigger stopper adjusters were made out of a solid plastic but on the Series 2, it’s a tiny toothpick end with a rubber cover. When the cover fell of it made it harder to switch the triggers. Some pros are the new grip design and internal batteries. The Elite 1 rubber grips peeled off after 6 months of gaming and the new design is holding on so far. The internal batteries is a plus with the case as the charger. I visit my friends home a lot and I like bringing my own controller so this is a plus for me. After paying nearly $300 with warranty I’m very disappointed on this product. The price is half of a brand new console. You might as well buy a regular controller and get the $30 StrikePack paddle mods or the PowerA Fusion pro....

Solid controller
||Posted . Owned for 2 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. It’s so much better than a regular control due to the weight mainly. It’s heavier than a regular remote which I really like. I don’t use most of the bells and whistles this thing has, but no more changing batteries was enough for me to shell out for this controller, everything else is gravy.

Great controller

Great, even in the long term!
||Posted . Owned for more than 2 years when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Love this controller. I was hesitant with the pricing but over a year in it is significantly better quality and held up to the abuse. Interchangeably features, crisp selection and a healthy weight makes it’s absolutely enjoyable to use. I use it for both PC and my Xbox.

Solid piece of hardware, and wildly customizable.
||Posted . Owned for 8 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. So far everything has been on par or better than the series one. great for use both on Xbox one and PC. Haven't personally tried the X,(I haven't been able to get one yet either. You're not alone!) but all the specs say it should work there too! Best part so far is the rubber wont fall off of this model. Unlike the series ones, as the whole case is rubberized. One note, be aware of the cords if you buy off brands later on. the controller itself needs a usb-c input. (The new rounded/oval shaped one.) It comes with all the cords you need though, so not something to worry about right away, but worth knowing that it's not the, used on everything, micro usb like the series one. But it's a better connection for newer machines. So it'll be better for the long run. Outside of fully moving the stick and button positions, (Like some of the wilder custom units.) you can personalize *literally* everything, and you have more variety of thumbstick styles and textures to match what you're actively playing, compared to the series one. It also just has a good feel. It's a simple thing, but it feels solid and well made.
