Been using for about two years and still works great.

I had 2 of the regular xbox wireless controllers... they served their time & purpose. BUT when you open the packaging up and see/feel this bad boy....oh my what an upgrade. The case/charging station setup is pure genius. Also you Can remove the charging base from the case.... But why? The cable goes in through the to of the closed case and your good....chargin

Always a great deal with the open box items. Have used this same buy for my last two controllers, easily a year minimum of heavy use, sometimes 2 years

My teenager goes through lots of controllers, we get the insurance so its not really an issue. Summer break just started, so far this controller holds up for some massive brutal game sessions as i can hear him throughout the house but haven't seen him in days!

I really like this controller because they fell nice in your hand but the quality is questionable. I bought an open box and everything worked great except for one button that you needed to press hard to register anything. Make sure you test all the buttons if you buy this. Button can be remapped to their rear buttons if you want to do that.

Best remote for gameplay. Just make sure u have the geek squad to exchange for a new one if the old one goes wrong.

Love my controller. Super high quality. The adjustable tension on the sticks is to die for! 10/10 makes gameplay better.

I like the texture it adds grip and I like how I can remove joy stick n place them back and I can order the red set ⭐️

The only thing stopping me giving this a 5/5 is Microsofts poor QC on these controllers. The bumpers or buttons will end up always going out on you. Other than that they're excellent controllers

It works very well. The controller has low latency and feels nice to hold.

Love the customization options and this controller will elevate your game to keep your thumbs on the sticks. The problem is stick dift will hit within a year and continue to get worse. The bumpers will also mess up and become unresponsive. This happen on my original elite and i went back with a core for cheaper and it was great Nov 2023 until Dec 2025.

The aesthetics of the controller drew me in along with the built in rechargeable battery. Also have the ability to remove the toggles for longer ones is great. The d-bad also can be swapped out for a traditional d pad style button. The rear paddles make it handy when playing COD so you can slide cancel, jump, and move flawlessly throughout the game.

Best Controller I've own. Love the customization. A little pricey but worth it.

I’m a dual shock remote player and surprisingly this remote is high quality and feels very good in the hands. Don’t think I will be going back to dual shock after playing with this remote. Buttons feel great and feels amazing in the hands.

The feel and weight of this controller is terrific. I personally love the rubber grips on the handle and the clickiness of the dpad.
