[Employee of bestbuy] Just a solid controller! Best controller out of the premium ones

This controller is so comfortable and it has my favorite colors so its a plus. First time having an Elite controller and I highly recommend it!

Hair triggers, remappable paddles, customizable joysticks, it has it all. I have not experienced any quality issues with the series 2 that plagued the series 1 elite controller. I only wish I could use it on my PS5.

I like this controller's versatility. You can make adjustments to knobs and add in presets with the paddles underneath. However, for almost $200 I was hoping that this controller would last longer than normal. The main issue I have with controllers is that the knobs get worn out and floppy after a few months of use. I was hoping that with the adjustment ability I would be able to lessen this. This is not the case. I will go back to the normal $60 controller when this one wears out. If you are really into customizing your controller, the paddle functions are pretty neat. In my opinion the price is far to high for what you get.

Fantastic controller. Feels much more robust than the standard controller and has a much better battery life.

Amazing Product, Have had it for about a month now and so far it has done astoundingly. No cracks or breaks even after a few mild drops. And the back paddles and multiple profile function is fantastic with siblings.

First wireless elite exbox controller comfy good and the ability to switch thumb grips is a plus

The controller is pretty great, works very well and the battery lasts long enough to play for hours a day. The charger cord included is very long and all the accessories very much improve the quality.

Got it to replace my old stadia controller. Dont know why i waited so long to get a legit PC gaming controller.

The build quality is definitely a key difference vs the standard controller which I've used for more than 5 years. I like the adjustable trigger locks. its pricy to say the least.

Exceptional quality, the app allows for fine tuning to any gamers needs. Paddles feel great and durable. Excellent controller vs other brands.

Fantastic feel in the hands. Good weight for me but heavy for some others. Vibration settings are customizable. Much better than it's predecessor. Controller surface is easy to clean

I was hesitant to buy the elite series 2 as my elite series 1 wasn't that old but I treated myself for my birthday and was pleasantly surprised! The first one I received was defective however customer service did amazing refunding me to buy a new one.

When 5 stars is not enough The controller works perfectly and operates just as it should. And the experience of the curbside pick-up went flawlessly & quicker than I am used to. Way to raise the bar El Segundo Best Buy

Hardware wise excellent controller; USB-C, great battery life; very heavy, premium feel; back buttons; adjustable triggers and sticks. Several months in and I've had no issues with buttons sticking or stick drift. However, the software side of things has been, less than stellar. First of all if you have to connect this controller to your PC via USB for any reason it simply will not connect back to bluetooth once you remove the USB connection. You have to remove the controller from your devices and re-pair it. No other controller I've used on my PC (SN30pro+ and DS4) have this issue, and Microsoft still won't address it. Second, connectivity is a big issue. Not only was I getting random drop outs at different times (seemingly always in the middle of a very important part of my game lol) but it was tanking my framerates on games like Horizon Zero Dawn and Jedi Fallen Order. As soon as I switched back to my DS4 the issues disappeared. It's a shame, this controller feels so good in the hands, but software-wise is were the experience goes down the toilet. I'm now using my SN30pro+ full-time and it's hands down the best controller for PC. Hopefully Microsoft addresses some of these issues with the V3, but I've given up waiting. Also $200 and no motion controls? C'mon man. Buy at your own risk knowing that if you avoid the hardware issues seemingly everyone seems to get, the software ain't much better.

Great to purchase if you already have the paddles and charging case for the elite 2.

Bought this as a Christmas gift for my boyfriend and he was the most excited I’ve ever seen! He loves using it and it makes playing the game easier
