Worthless after 2 months

The right joystick, which I never use, spins freely when centered, and gets stuck when I move it up. Microsoft warranty is worthless as it costs $49 for shipping and parts. It lists specific parts but I don't even know if that will fix it. This is the most I have paid for a controller and have been very careful with it. My old, generic XBox controller lasted for years.

The paddle shape and layout work for me, less accidental engagement under stress. Button mapping is sophisticated, easy, and accomplished on the Xbox. I’ve been using this controller for a couple months now and have had zero issues.

Misses inputs on buttons right out of box

Back paddles take some getting used to but after a bit become super comfortable. The remapping ability is super useful and easy to use in Xbox. The hair-trigger adjustments work flawlessly with both triggers. The thumb sticks swap out really easy and overall it’s a great value for the money. Plus the added case is a nice bonus!
