Best controller on the market. Buttons are extremely responsive. Trigger pulls now have two settings to shorten the pull resulting in quicker shots fired in first person shooters. Power button is a shorter push to turn on and off. It just feels like a high end controller. My old one has a thumb stick that would drift upwards when not in use, other buttons felt like you had to mash down on. This is more responsive, more clicky if that makes sense. If you owned the previous Elite you’ll love this even more. Carrying case allows you to charge while in case. Battery life doubled. This is a 10/10.

Good when brand new, stick drift happens on either left or right thumb stick after a few months of use. BestBuy makes it easy to exchange broken defective items with their pro plan without any hassle.

By far best controller I own. It was worth every cent. The battery life is exceptionally long and the texture on this controller is unbelievable. Once you buy this controller you will never go back. This is top tier and if you don't have one, I recommend saving money to get one you'll thank me later.

Great quality controller! You can customize it to your liking, which feels good to you. Feels very premium in the hand an the charge last for days.

Love the Xbox elite controller. They last years. Second one I've bought. The first one I had lasted about 3-4 years traditional controllers are dead within a year.

High quality and feels great in my hands. One star off because I think there the paddle position is close enough that occasionally I’ll press the bottom paddle if my grip is off at all. Also a star off because it came out of the box with stick drift, which is a common complaint with this model. Great overall with minor imperfections.

The Elite Series 2 is a really nice high end controller. The Customization of buttons is super nice for series gamers while the build quality and general in hand feel are far better than the standard Xbox Controller. Also really love that it comes with it's own charging dock. But is it worth the retail price? In my opinion, No. Look for it on sale for around $139. I feel like that price is a little more in line with where it should be.

Great controller. Luckily we got the warranty for the last one because battery died.

Feels very nice in the hands. Battery life is more than enough for a couple days without charging. Bluetooth works flawlessly, and it easilt switches from conoles to bluetooth. Buttons and triggers feel good, and the texturing is comfortable whike still allowing for better control.

I know I am not making full use of all of the customization features, but here is what I do like so far: • Ergonomics is excellent • Textured hand-feel is great • Weight and balance is the best so far • Very responsive • Love that you can customize the analog grips to fit your hands • Rechargeable built-in The one thing I wish it had: switchable binding between multiple devices. I have an xbox one, and xbox one x, and two nice windows computers. I wish there was a button that let me switch between controlling those different devices without reconnecting it to the device each time.

I love this controller, I don’t want any other! I will say it has stick drift right out of the box.

So as far as paddled "pro" controllers go this undoubtedly the best you can get with 3 different profile, trigger stop, and stick resistances options along customizable aim curves this provides the best possible customization that a controller has ever offered. Everything has it buts and in this case, it comes in the form of slight drifts off of the slightest movements but is easily corrected with raising deadzones. Very much worth the extra money to upgrade from a standard controller. It feels better, works better, and lasts longer. No signs stick drift in the first year. That alone is worth some money. But the feeling of the upgraded parts, especially the metal thumbsticks (instead of plastic), makes playing more enjoyable.

I have always preferred the Xbox controller over the Playstation controller, especially because I play a lot of FPS games, but in general it feels better to me. Elite version is heavier, has rubberized grip, and the build of the controller feels premium (as it should for the cost). With all the accessories and adjustments (various thumb sticks, d-pads, paddles, and adjustable triggers), you can make the controller as custom, as needed. It has been my best controller ever purchased and worth the amount I paid. Get that Geek Squad protection, just in case! ;) Buy it and have fun!
