Great gaming tool for the kids. They enjoy the controller!

This controller is DEFINITELY way higher quality than the basic xbox controllers. The ability to create custom button mappings for different games is awesome. The paddles take time to get used to using, but once you master them you will see a major difference in your competitiveness on FPS games. The controller also allows you to adjust the stiffness of the analog sticks, and adjust the tension of the triggers which also helps give you a slight edge. The gripped handles mixed with the weight of the controller make the controller sit perfectly in your hands. I have read some complaints about the controller having drift issues, and bumper problems in the future. I have not had this issue yet, however I would say do what I did: buy the controller on sale or have bestbuy price match a competitor, and spend the difference on geek squad protection. (I bought the controller for $100 using price match, than spent basically the difference on geeksquad protection. This basically equated to the same price as the controller) doing that gives you 2 years of protection.

Great controller. I bought this for my shooting games Call of Duty and Destiny. I would recommend configuring the controller through the Xbox accessories tab whenever you make adjustments on the controller itself.

Great color and materials. I like the feeling of the buttons as well.

The first one I bought was defective but only because the lowest input setting on the back of the controller wasn't working. I brought it back for a replacement and it works great. Worth the money for a great gaming controller.
