I like the customization of the joy sticks and the short pull triggers are a must for me. Also paddles have been a must for a long time.

Left joy stick recently got super lose and now I can tighten it . Still works for game play . Overall it’s last longer the other. Controllers I’ve purchased . I plan on purchasing another one .

My old one’s grips were coming off, the stick drift was crap, and the bumpers broke twice....so far this one seems a bit sturdier and the grips seem more integrated...we’ll see if it sustains

Was unsure at first if i wanted to order but after playing with it and being able to adjust the triggers im glad i purchased.

I’m only disappointed I didn’t buy one sooner. You really notice how much better it is once you get it all set up and then switch back to the standard controller. My KD is way up since I changed to this controller. With FPS games thousandths of a second can be all the difference. This makes you faster and more precise and with the paddles you no longer have to take. Your fingers off other controls giving you the advantage.

I'm not a heavy user but the controller feels great in hand and works for my purpose. Good built quality as you can expect from Microsoft. Very durable.

Significant improvement over the series 1

They are just cheap plastic. Everything else is great quality, serious improvement over the first series. Feels better all around.
