Great customer support and great product. I would recommend.

So far, the stick-drift hasn't killed the first one I've bought. The ability to configure and change the buttons to how you want is great. The mouse-button-click for the triggers are the best for me. And they are considerably cheaper than controllers with the same king of ideas/implementations. I do wish that Microsoft offered more colors than just 3, or the ability to change the faceplates to the color(s) that you'd want.

This controller is still holding strong since Christmas purchase. It is perfect and we have purchased multiple. My son has no complaints!

It’s a good controller and nice that they offer a cheaper option and other colors but if you want or need the extra buttons/parts it is much cheaper to buy it all together as a kit.

wanted this on pc to play on forza and it’s a very high quality controller. i also cant get over how nice the charging stand is. overall 10/10 controller. definitely an upgrade from the first generation.

The Elite Series 2 controller has some fantastic customization options—adjustable tension thumbsticks, swappable components, and a built-in rechargeable battery that lasts quite a while. The grip feels premium, and the paddles can really improve gameplay once you get used to them. However, for a controller in this price range, the long-term build quality is questionable. After just a few months of regular use, I started experiencing stick drift and issues with the bumpers. It's frustrating considering how much it costs. Microsoft nailed the design and features, but they really need to improve the reliability for it to be worth the premium price.

I bought this controller when I was in need of one, it was worth the purchase. The controller feels nice in the hands and the buttons are great. I can customize my controller and it’s settings and layout which is so useful.

This controller is definitely worth it! Most basic controllers last me a few months but this one so far has outlasted and out performed all others. Just buy it you will spend more in the long run replacing the cheap controllers.

Outstanding new design with better grips and a long lasting battery life.

This controller is better than a regular Playstation or Xbox controller. I've also used Scuf. The paddles feel better than any I've used. The overall value of this controller is great - the ability to remap any button is huge, along with setting up multiple profiles for a few different games. A lot of custom controller manufacturers don't have their own software to do this and won't let you remap on the fly. Also, the ability to adjust the tension in the thumbsticks is amazing! In the hands it's comfortable, feels like quality (not cheap plastic), and looks clean. Expect a little bit of stick drift on day one. Mine was actually so bad I replaced it a week later and got one that wasn't as bad, but still has some drift.

Has an amazing grip! You can customize the xbox home botton light to whatever color you want! I highly recommend buying this controller, you wont be disappointed.
