Approve of the feel and back panels. Unfortunately, the left Thumb Stick lost its clicking, most likely due to overuse/user. Fortunately, purchased the Geek Squad Protection and was able to get a replacement back in August 2020; had to purchase a new Geek Squad Protection plan that was higher than the original price :(

Only issue i have it sometimes the "A" key double presses or doesnt register. Other than that its the best controller ive had.

Really helps with FPS games. Also like the fact I can have multiple profiles for the controller so the paddles can be for different buttons on each profile or off. Overall happy with this and the case is also a bonus, Must have for Xbox and pc users.

Love the controller....But
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I love the controller, in principle....it will last 8 hrs of continuous game play, nice grip and easy to handle...and I'm hoping I just got a lemon, but within 7 months it began shutting off every 30 to 45 min and has a drift on it when left alone. Returned it for a new one and we will see how that goes.

Another great investment for someone looking to upgrade their setup! I got mine on clearance because it was returned too. LOOK FOR THE DEALS!

I’ve used it a lot, and haven’t had any issues. There are some detachable small pieces so keep your children away.

I finally decided to spend some money to see if i would notice a difference from a regular controller and man! Difference is an understatement. I will never play with a regular controller again in my life. If you really enjoy video games , you deserved one of this

Had the original and decided to upgrade to the second version, no disappointment at all. Quality feels better and the sticks are durable. Customizing the controller paddles/buttons is ready to do from the app in your Xbox console
