I didn't like the grainy feel of the controller that came with the Xbox Series X, so my friend recommended this. I was hesitant because of the price but Best Buy had a good price on Open Box and I had to go for it. No regrets. This thing feels premium and works great. I'm never going back to the basic Xbox controller.

I love the design and comfort when holding this controller. The extra paddles for competitive gameplay is my all time favorite. Very satisfied!!

Right off the bat, the controller feels more thought out. The grips feel nice. The built in battery is a huge plus. USB-C is the natural progression and the fact that it will be compatible with next gen/Project Scarlet is HUGE. The paddles aren't as large, so they feel more organic.

Great controller for Xbox and PC games!

Tons of great customization options via the Xbox app. Has a nice weight in the hands and feels comfortable to hold. The paddles work really well and are my favorite part of the controller. Tends to break down quickly like regular xbox controller unfortunately.

Only issue is the biggest of them all !! Stick drift - elite series 2 , Microsoft charges 200+ and hasn’t resolved the issue, 2cd controller in 2 yrs - get the geek protective insurance
