[Employee of bestbuy] The controller is awesome when it works. Unfortunately, the left trigger went bad out of nowhere. I was losing fights in call of duty because I would aim down sights and then it would switch back to hip fire while I held it down. Microsoft is never fixing the elite 2. I’m going to wait until they release an Elite 3.

I ended up returning this controller because I could not justify to my kids spending that much money. Some day when the price is more reasonable I will get it again. The way it felt in my hands was great.

Really nice feel and weight, easy to change knobs and triggers not cheaply made

I have my paddles set up to my liking and they’ve really helped my gameplay improve by allowing me to react faster by not having to remove my thumb from the joystick to push another button

Got an Elite Wireless Controller because my standard XBOX Series X took a dive on a Joystick. My friends use these and I can see why. My scores immediately improved and I could program the paddle shifters below for what I wanted. The only downside is that you can have 3 different "Button Layouts" and there is a button to Toggle through them. During a game if you get "crazy fingers" and tap the "button profile select button, prepare to crash, die, respawn somewhere else because YOU told it to. Solidly built and take death grips on the horns and hard pressed on joysticks quite well. It holds" zero" joystick center very well.

Great features and feel. The battery lasts quite a while and it’s great to have that added in and be able to charge while it’s in the case. I owned the first and upgraded to the series 2.. not disappointed

Battery life is amazing, you can change the emblem colors too. Fast trigger response and much more compared to the standard controller.

Disappointed that it did not come with the rear paddles, etc. Especially for the price. There is not that much of a difference in gameplay.

Solid controller. Has a high quality feel. Buttons are satisfying. Works great with pc as well.

You can choose anything, but the Xbox chooses you.

Just what I was looking for. Battery life is amazing and simple to charge. An absolute upgrade from the original elite. Wouldn't go with any other controller out there in the market.

Best controller I've ever owned but left joystick started to experience drifting (although only slightly) after 6 months of use. Was still within warranty so Microsoft fixed it for free.

Great controller overall and has less issues than my other Elite controller, but I’m still going to have to give a 3 star due to the fact that this controller also has some buttons that don’t work all the time and occasionally disconnects from the Xbox for no reason…

Bought as a gift, because I liked mine so much. The quality is great, and the custom mapping is perfect for customizing your buttons to specific games. Love it.

Dies pretty fast, doesnt come with paddle, while also gets dirty. Buy the black one for a little more
