It was extremely dirty, it had food crumbs, dirt and grime stuck in every nook and cranny. It had scratches, and a damaged cord. It did not have the original packaging, overall it was fair at the most. Fortunately I was able to gather a little extra cash and just exchange it for a brand new one. I would recommend to never purchase anything open box. The brand new one is top notch. Definitely worth the 5 stars

Stick drift less than a month after purchase

Pretty disappointing. It’s not a major issue right now as the stick drift isn’t too severe and I mostly play games where I’m always using the stick, but on games where it’s left untouched for a little bit it’s quite annoying. For $180 I’m pretty disappointed that it already has this issue since cheap $20 dollar controllers have gone for years without issue.
