But otherwise it's been great with the amount of customization right out of the box.

If you enjoy Halo, or any first person shooter, this controller will change the game for you. Can’t wait to see how it will impact my gameplay in other genres

The new style of the rubber grips is a major improvement. The tension controls on the thumbsticks makes a difference between night and day. Everything feels new fresh and reinvented. Bottom line... This is a controller that you have to have if you are serious about your gaming!

A product this expensive should not have that kind of a reputation though . . . There is supposed to be an extended warranty for 1 year offered by microsoft. I honestly don't know how the warranty works, but the device works just fine.
