My son wanted this for his 16th Birthday to be faster at his games.

Purchased this controller initially on launch (Nov. 4) and after dealing with quality issues on the first generation elite controller, buying the extended Geek Squad protection was a no-brainer. After 6 months i can say my fears were confirmed, my controller began suffering severe stick drift in my right stick and loss of registration in RB. It’s a bit embarrassing to have these issues only 6 months in, especially on a controller I spent $180 on. Now that my replacement is being shipped to me, all I can do is hope for the best. But you can bet your bottom dollar I bought that extended warranty again

Great controller but it's not worth $180. It will last a long time.

The Series 2 controller is much improved over the Series 1.

I've had several custom controllers from other companies and they just don't hold up and they are actually more expensive if you want to get on the same level as this one. I strongly suggest you get this product if you are looking for custom buttons.

Works wonderfully. So far so good. Happy with purchase.

For this price it better be. Build quality feels solid, used it to beat Jedi Fallen Order recently and the adjustable thumbstick tension and trigger adjustments are nice touches for sure. I've used the pedal triggers but mostly I take them off, I haven't had that much of a use for them save for one game so far, Devil May Cry 5 and in that it was nice. The app is pretty straightforward as well.

This controller is great however the upper right paddle came in defective. You have to click it down pretty hard for the upper right paddle button to register not like how you would regularly click it. I can hear and feel the click and everything, but it just doesn’t register. Other than that, this controller is an excellent choice

Best customizable gaming controller even if your a tournament type player... very low latency very responsive

I love this for customizing game play. This allows you to tailor your controller to each came. Only three slots can be active at any one time, but you can make many profiles for different games. It even have the option to turn of the profiles so in reality you can have standard, and 3 customized slots with the push of a button without going into settings.

This controller is good, but for the price I believe and have a few more qualities and customizations on mapping I think the controller has capability. They just need to update the accessories app on Xbox.
