I bought this for my nephew for Christmas. He absolutely loved it. It comes with case and a charger. You can set up the charger in the case for charging while not in use. You can change out the pads and change the tension on the triggers. Make this controller adapt to you instead of you adapting to the controller. Very much worth every penny!!!

The controller feels very comfortable from an obvious upgrade from the 1st

I use this controller for my pc. the quality is ok but after a while it started to develop controller drift on the right joystick.

Would have preferred removable, compatible battery for swapping out charged units over installed rechargeable battery but unit is more svelte as a result, pleasure in the hands. Bluetooth at last, a welcome addition. Prefer to use keyboard but carpel-tunnel wrists and arthritic joints compel using a controller. The Elite had been my go-to until this upgrade.

Open box version works perfect. Great discount compared to buying new. Zero issues whatsoever and all accesories included. Only thing missing was original packaging.

As an elite controller buyer it make sense to save The extra money for the same specs minus all of the additional accessories. Also the color options add a flare instead of the standard black elite controller.

Absolutely great for gamers who would like to take it to the next level

I like this controller. I’ve had it for about 4 years, but the biggest issue is that I need to replace it at least once within each year, whether it’s due to joystick drift or bumper buttons not working properly. Luckily, I bought the warranty ($60) and I’ve been able to get it replaced without dropping almost $200 every time. Wish it was higher quality but I’ve settled for this because I simply cannot go back to a regular (paddle-less) controller.

Good works as described won’t make you better at games but offers a more advanced control scheme meaning you have to change the way you play games but this change could result in major preformance increases, requires power armor training (fallout joke just need to practice with the new buttons to get a hang of it)

Bought an Elite 2 on a whim because it was priced well, being "Open Box Excellent." Upon using it I realized that the "Y" face button wouldn't register when pressed from the lower part of it, even if the button was pushed all the way down. Also noticed the "P3" paddle was loose compared to the other 3 and didn't register or make a click noise like the rest. The look, feel, handle and customizability this controller are all incredible and I like the versatility of running wired or wireless and not needing batteries, but I have yet to try this controller bought "new." I hope the face button issue was more a 1 off defect and not issues with quality control.
