I had a really good experience with this controller

I always felt the Xbox controllers felt to be good quality, but the Elite controller takes it to the next level. This definitely feels like great build quality. The paddle shifters take a while to get used to, but once you do it really helps take your gaming to the next level.

Good controller, but buy the extended warranty through best buy. It's worth the price, as I've gone through several elite series 2 controllers due some build quality issues.

Best value within the various color choices. Overall the Elite controllers are legit.

Decent improvement from yhe previously elite controller

My original purchase was May 15, 2020. This will be my second time returning a controller in 2 years. This one I received after using my replacement warranty July 17, 2021. I purchased a 2 year warranty each time. It’s very upsetting because every time I have to return this faulty product I also have to purchase a warranty that’s going to cost me about $59 which is ridiculous. Each time it's issues with the controls. The first time, it kept drifting during gameplay. Now with this remote it's the left thumbstick that won't respond pressing up and if it does respond, it's very delayed. This is a $180 controller. I've never had to return a $60 controller. I keep giving them more money because I know I'll need a replacement. I would not recommend this unless you want to get stuck in a loop of continuous replacements and warranty purchases of $59 which is the cost of a regular controller which will last you years. It’s definitely not a one-time purchase item. I am very disappointed by this product because when it was working, it was great but it has less than a years use. It's just not made well--at least the ones I keep getting. Maybe it's just Best Buys stock, I don't know. But this is it. Last return, no more warranty purchases for me.

I am moving on up in the gaming sector that is. I have not a clue what I’m doing gaming wise however I am very content giving myself the best opportunities to succeed or and find ease in learning new skills with sharp curves and decades beyond my current entry into gaming. I’m excited.

Ordered this for my son and he absolutely loves it!

Great gift for my teenage grandson who loves gaming. He was so happy with all the extras that were above what he can do with a regular controller.

Way better than any other controller I’ve used in the past.

Bought it as a gift to somebody & somehow the controller still had a small drift. Something I didn’t expect with such expensive controller. Past the return date so nothing I could’ve done anyways

I had a razor wolverine before this, have to say it's awesome. Took a little getting used to but love the flexibility of it. Good job this is one for the books.

Never last more than a year with moderate use. Some key components are cheaply made. Otherwise its great.

Honestly, it's better than it's predecessor. Although I do like the grip of the first Elite controller better. I've gotten used to this grip, too the grip has not had any bubbling or warping because of heat. I do tend to lose connection to my Xbox every once in awhile.

Love the controller but like all controllers they end up drifting and sticking buttons. I purchased the warranty and have exchanged for replacements without issue.

Good product but it does not last long. Id give it a year max. Before it starts to crack and break down. (Male sure you have warrenty from Best buy.)

I enjoy using it, back paddles are addressable on Steam for extra buttons, very useful.
