I have one Elite series one and two of the Elite series two one for me and one for my son we both game together and it has taken both our games to the next level! Microsoft customer service is really great to helps out with anything needed

Big upgrade from the original Elite controller. This is the second one I ordered. Ready for the xbox series x.

I have been wanting to try this controller for a long time and when I started getting into Souls games, it tipped me over the edge. It's been a wonderful controller for ease of use with soul's games.

He has had the original Elite controller ever since it first came out. Someone we know accidentally broke one of the bumpers, so I surprised him with this for Christmas. He loves it even more than his last one, and that's saying something.

Ill never go back to a regular controller. Now I do play 8-14 hours a day, but after only 6 months my left bumper (LB) is going out and I'm not very happy about it.

Trigger locks and analog adjuster (both physical key and software adaptable) make the controller adaptable for any gamer!

Between the Elite 1 & 2, there is a definite quality change in the feel of the control. Usually they last me between 4-6 months. I always buy the extended warranty because they break on me so consistently from just normal use. With my most recent purchase, I noticed stick drift occurring within the first day. I’ve had it about two months now and it’s absolutely maddening. I’ve been putting off getting a new one because they are never in stock at any of the three stores around me and I don’t want to wait for shipping. The extended warranty is an absolute rip off because you have to spend upwards of the 40 bucks to replace your warranty every time you have problems with them (which will be frequently). The warranty system is trash. The quality of the controllers are trash. These controllers have put me through so much crap that I m considering switching to PlayStation for next gen just to escape Microsoft’s terrible product quality. Signed a very unhappy customer

Was going to return it but think it’s kinda cool. Would strongly recommend!

I'm not sure why but using it blue tooth with my desktop computer comes with a ton of lag time. It's fine with the Long USB c cord that it comes with plugged into my computer.
