The controller feels great in the hand and the paddles are wonderful. The stick drift and other issues... I have (2) elites and one is with Microsoft for repairs and this one from Best Buy is getting exchanged as the right stick started having major drift issues tonight.

A totally different one that is supposed to be in better condition. Why am I complaining? Because the controller that’s in “great condition” is broken and badly stick drifts along with the rubber grip peeling up in the corners.. honestly this company is a massive pain to deal with so I just took the loss. NEVER SHOP WITH BEST BUY. Also not to mention they broke my car in geeksquad and it took them a year to pay me for the damages but that’s a whole different story.

These fail sometimes within 2 years.. the warranty will take care of it for you!

I would give it a 5 but everyone i have purchased always has a problem thank god for the protection plan but great 3 different programing settings for the paddles great for COD, if you are a total tech member definitely buy or atleast get the protection
