Worst customer service ever

I purchase this controller has an open box excellent condition. My order arrived late and the controller was not in excellent condition, it had marks and scratches all over it and the RB button wasn't responding I took it to my local store to get it replace because I had bought the 2 year warranty and I called customer service and they told I could take it to my store and get it exchange. After arriving at the store they told me they can't replace the item because they dont have any open box to replace it with and they can only refund the item and the warranty only allow replace if there is an open box to replace it with and i would have to call customer service if I want a discount towards getting a new one and I have call customer service over 5 times and transfer over 10 times to be hang up on are told they're sorry there isn't they can do but refund the money.

Send it back and get a replacement that also is defective. And to top it all off it’s absolutely Impossible to get someone from Microsoft to help make it right. Fooking Joke of a company. I will spit in every persons face that works there or has ever worked there and not think twice about it. Done with MS to say the least. Their whole company is Down syndrome
