Highly recommend that you get the warranty if you can’t get that, make sure to register the controller on Microsoft’s website so that if you have issues you can send it in for repairs.

One of the paddle buttons now makes a loud click and the up on the d- pad also makes a louder then normal click sound.. but other then that it’s a really good controller

Bought and went to register, but warranty expired over a year ago. of course past my 14 day return. Then button started sticking a week later. Never again will I buy open box

Open box means they bever left yhe store and were never played a game. But looking at the rubber handles and joy sticks uou can see they are very worn. Ive bought 2 of these and briught yhhem back the next day becsuse they were wirn out and returned. New these are the best. Id give them a 10 score all day long
