Love this controller…monochromatic color palette so much cuter. My husband loves this one and always tries to steal it from me.

This is my second one and this one came bad out of the box. One of the buttons does not work properly. You have to press it really hard to get it to work

Not bad, just wish when you spend this much money on a product that it would last atleast a yr.

Iv never felt a better controller. Also being able to jump and shoot at the same time or slide and shoot gives a huge advantage.

The only controller I will ever use. I have tried several competition controllers and this continues to be my go to controller.

Has all the ooos and awwws but stick drift straight out of the box is disappointing

Complete garbage. I have a few friends that have this controller and we all have the same problem... the right bumper breaks and will press multiple times or not at all. They market it to competitive gamers and it has major issues that halt competitive growth. It's the most overpriced item on top of that too.

Best controller out there when it works… 3 have broken on me (both times A button). I always buy the protection plan because I know it will eventually break and will have to replace it.

For the controller being 180 I would think it would last longer before it starts having the “drift problem”

Failed after 8 months thankfully it’s Best Buy so they are great and sell the warranty that will cover it. Nice controller though great feeling

My 15 year old son says this controller works better than the ones that cost 2/3 less. I have a problem with the fact that parts have broken in less than 1 year. Guess we should have paid an extra $60 for the extended warranty so that we could replace it but the item was so expensive to begin with, I guess we couldn't justify doing so. What a shame that Xbox just can't make their products to last. My son takes good care of his things so there's no reason on his end that anything should have broken. Not worth the money in my opinion.

The bumpers have had issues and Microsoft refused to fix them. They recently changed their policies, so if you're having stick drift, bumper issues, or other button issues contact Microsoft immediately.

I have an elite 2 and i have the problem with the a button went through 2 remotes sad thats is over 100 with the issues im dealing with

The sticks are adjustable yet they cabt ever be centered

Just get a warranty when you buy this thing thank me later.

It was a great controller, until it wasn’t. It felt nice and played well until the RB and the A button stopped working or tapped twice when you pressed once. Had to return.

Bought this controller on 12/23/2019 and I about 2 weeks ago I started having issues with stick drift on the left analog stick. Sometimes it does not even reflect if I press up on the stick in the test mode in accessories app. I have the replacement warranty on it, but since the store is sold out they cannot replace the item. BestBuy told me that I need to keep checking back with them to see when they get more in so they can then do the replacement. Extremely upset with BestBuy at this time.

Just upgraded to this from my included xbox wireless controller, and i love it. No issues whatsoever. Definitely recommend!

I waited a year to buy this thing since I’d seen all the quality control reviews and decided to pull the trigger anyway in hopes that I’d win the product lottery. Sadly, no. The A and B buttons missed about 1/10 presses, the right bumper about 50% too. All right out of the box. Obviously this is going back… Keep up the good work, Microsoft!

Stick drift right off the bat, also if you press the right thumb stick hard the controller disconnects completely from my Xbox. 1/10 in quality. I thankfully bought the Best Buy warrant I just haven’t had time to bring it back in. But it’s hot garbage in the quality department.
