Everything was great until my left trigger started to get stuck. Microsoft with their bad quality control. Other than that it’s hands down the best feeling controller.

Left trigger didn't work correctly. Buying and return process was easy enough.

I cant with all honesty recomend this controler. 3 days in stick drift. Like how is that even possible. If your a sweat player like me this controler will break down and have problems garanteed. Watch vCuda on youtube for an honest reviewer of this product too. I love everything else about this controler though.

Product came up short on expectations and a bit pricey for quality.

I have now ordered 3 Xbox elite series 2 controllers and all of them have been defective. The issues have consisted of the controller constantly disconnecting from the console after being connected for 5 minutes, joystick drift, and buttons not responding. I have tried over 3 months to get a controller that works properly but each time the controller has issues straight out of the box. Customer support has been great with working with me to return the product each time but after 3 tries, I will not be ordering this product again. Until Microsoft addresses these issues I would not recommend this product to anyone, especially at the price you have to pay to get it.

I was using a Nintendo Switch controller with my PC, but due to drift issues, I decided to upgrade to this controller. The controller easily connected via Bluetooth to my PC. When initially trying to use in-game, pressing the A button resulted in a settings menu for the controller to pop-up, causing game play to be impossible. After some internet research, I was able to remedy the issue in about 10 minutes. I played with this controller for one evening, at the end of the night my hands hurt from the heavy weight and larger indents in the grip (in comparison with the switch controller I am accustomed to). Due to this, I have decided to revert back to my switch controller for the time being. I understand this is supposed to be a high quality controller, but the pain caused after use was enough to deter me from using again. Overall I was bummed this controller didn't live up to the hype for me and was not worth the purchase.

I am use to the regular controllers.Now that ive got a controller with paddels im never going back

This is my second controller I’ve gotten from Best Buy and it has problems yet again. After a few days of use, the sticks become loose and get stick drift. There are good qualities of the controller, but there’s a lot of unsolved issues. You HAVE TO buy an extended warranty because these cheap parts break so much. Poor quality for the price, the sticks on my default Xbox one controller never loosened after 3 years of use.

Amazing controller but the Y button and A button are faulty and work only 59-90% of the time. Like my 5th one exchanging and still the same problems since.

Works okay for what I need it to do had a problem when I first connected the controller would always be disconnecting from my computer when gaming.

This has to be the biggest waste of money ever . This is now the second elite 2 controller i have owned the first had a broken right bumper after continuous use and the replacement i bought has a broken button on the back and wont work unless i pound on it with pressure . Why is something that costs 250$ With the protection plan so broken ? Way to go xbox . You really out did yourself .

It took a bit to get use to the grip difference (despite the texture, my hands slip more on this one than the regular one. Weird). But once this controller grew on me, I loved it. THEN just 2-3 months after using this, my R1 button has stopped working. So I’ve got to take it in to see what’s wrong. If I get a new one or this fixed, I might recommend it. But it’s annoying to spend so much and it already be messing up.

This controller might be good for a professional gamer. It just wasn't for me. I'm so use to the old controller, the paddles just made it more difficult for me. So I returned it.

After 6 months of playing with this controller it has drift. My elite one controller is still working like a champ.

This is an open box that said in excellent condition practically new. It wasn’t at all. It was very scuffed and there’s something loose inside the controller. Pair button doesn’t work. Very disappointing

This controller is trash. Close to $200 with really bad QA, I've bought and returned 3 now, every single one comes with stick drift fresh out the box and sticky A buttons. If it weren't for that I'd say it's worth the price but I can't live knowing I paid $200 for a controller with stick drift on day 1 + sticky A buttons. Not worth it. Power A Enhanced Xbox Series X controller is way better at only $35.

Bought this same controller in 2019 for someone and it worked great and still continues to do so. I decided to buy it again in 2020 for a Christmas gift. Right out of the box, the button was “sticky”. Had the extended warranty so I returned it in January 2021 and ordered directly from Microsoft. The controller from them had issues as well and had to be returned. Not sure why the quality went down.

Received the controller only to notice it had been open by someone else. Was obviously handled but not heavily used. I would have gladly paid less to receive an open box but instead was forced to take the open box item or receive a restocking fee. I decided to keep it since I got the warranty but I’ll for sure be using that warranty. Extra star for the warranty. Best Buy, please don’t sell opened items as new.
