very pricey however my son stated this is the best controller he has ever used

I bought 3 of these controllers .. 1 been to microsoft for repairs 3 times in 6 months Another was sent back to best buy because the paddles didnt work and stick drift , and the 3rd is actually perfectly fine and is a great controller .

This was the first controller I had tried other than the ones that came with the XBox when I bought it. I found the controller difficult to use because of the paddles on the back. The paddles can be removed, but at that point you might as well not have this controller. This controller may be more beneficial for specific games or other types of games, but I typically play the Forza series and Call of Duty, and for those I didn't find it any better than the regular XBox controller.

So far so good. Works like it should. Paddles on the back are very comfortable.

Massive controller drift for less than one year of owning. Hopefully doing a warranty exchange.

I love this joystick, but it still has some of the same issue as the previous GEN. The RB button is faulty and it will stop working after a while.

Nice controller - but the headset port doesn't work - I'd like to exchange - but they're sold out - Im going to try to find a wireless headset for now...

The controller would have ben fine but it was a open box and best buy didn't check it out before putting it back on the shelf one of the buttons in the back was broken and the left and right bumpers don't work the way they are supposed to plus when it vibrates it sounds like something is broken inside

Controller works fine. Bought it in December 2022 it is now February 2023 and the thumb buttons have already started to wear and they’re on the strongest twist setting. Would rather just buy the gen 2 controller with paddles. The setting on the trigger button are also on the strongest setting and it seems like it fading away.

Lightyears better than the original controller! Works great with PC as well!

Ran various games and started counting the times I jumped with my character in various games. Out of 200 consecutive jumps with other buttons or joysticks used, and sometimes without, only 80% of A button presses registered (with or without bluetooth). Noticed this with other face buttons as well, but did not test as rigorously. The feel and build of the controller are nice, though I think the weight is a bit too much. Setting up the controller is easy through the Xbox Accessories app, and setting controller defaults and updating firmware is quick.

Not my cup of tea is nice to hold but as far as it goes

Its pricey for not coming with any part of the component pack not even a case

I bought 5 of them and all of them had non functioning A buttons and some even had non functioning Y buttons. Ended up making my owm pro controller at home for $30 with my old ps4 controller. I highly recommend you do that, avoid the elite controllers.

Purchased as a gift. Recipient reports that it exceeded their expectations.

The quality of the controller is excellent, and the case is perfect design.

Purchased after 3 years of a regular controller, conveniently after the return period ended the "A" button started to go out and the stick drift is horrible. I think I used it for about 3 weeks before it became completely useless if I wanna play competently.

4th one and came out of the box with stick drift. If you get lucky and get one with no issues i guess it’s good but 3 out of 4 of mine came broke.

Controller has sticking buttons and didnt come with all the parts.
