Had for a year and am now having issues. RB no longer works. My previous elite controller lasted 5 yrs with no issues, just replaced due to grips wearing out. Unhappy.

Listed as Open-Box Excellent. Item was dirty, sticky and had stuck buttons. Far from described condition. Only thing Best Buy offered was for me to bring it back to store and pay full price for a new one.

Junk. Had stick drift right out of the package and because it was a gift after the return period they will not let me take it back. It was considered in “excellent” condition when I got it.

LB and RB its always a problem in fps games the overall controler its good

Got the first one in November when it was released, that one's right bumper broke in May. I traded that in and just recently the left stick is starting to drift up and down. I love the features and the way the controller feels but looks like they didn't improved the quality very well from the elite 1 which I went through over 10 of those in a few years due to the left bumper breaking.

Very nice controller but the thing that you can adjust triggers fell of but I’m still able to use feature

I was very disappointed in this controller. When i took it out of the box it already had terrible stick drift on the right stick. So bad that I couldn’t even play. I ended up returning it for a core

This is the second controller. The first, right bumper was sticking and the analog stick drifted to the right. So far, the analog stick on the second one just started to drift to the right or left. I play everyday, so it is being used. I'm disappointed that a $180 piece of equipment does not function properly.

It was not what I expected. The drift sucks and it is impossible to play with.

Good controller just disconnects randomly. Fully charged and everything just disconnects and reconnects at any given time. I’ll be exchanging soon with my warranty. Recommend the $60 warranty

Latency is noticeably worse then ps5/ps4 controllers. You’ll have to buy paddles and sticks separately and it ends up being about the same price as dual sense edge.

I purchased this controller for Christmas on 12/17/2019 as of today the controller is unusable due to the right bumper and sometimes the buttons do no respond when pushed. Nothing like paying almost $200 for a piece of equipment that you can't use. My experience is the same as many others with no help.

Not bad but small so if u have big hands then I would not get this

Great controller, but the open box elite series 2 that I purchased just stopped working and it was missing a back paddle. This was supposed to be an excellent geek squad certified controller, but it did not come with original box and says satisfactory all over it.

While this is an awesome controller, buy the extend warranty! Do a google search for "Xbox elite series 2 sticky trigger" and you will find out why I’m saying this. I used this for 4ish months and found out the hard way. For me this issue does prevent me from using it but it’s very annoying for such an expensive controller. Other that this issue I would give it a 5 out of 5 stars.

Controller wasn’t working the correct way I went to exchange it they said I was one day too late but the controller is now just gonna waste on the dresser

Get the geek squad protection. Youll need it. Good controller but will start having issues

Right bumper did not work. Couldn't get full use out of it.
