I shouldn’t have risen my hopes up for this controller. I didn’t get a warranty because I believed they fixed all the problems after it first released. My right bumper is broken and I have to press hard in order for it to work

It was not the right color, a white one was sent. Not in original packaging

Charger started smoking like crazy made me bug out. Wouldn't buy again might be a knock off

I’ve been waiting for over 3 weeks for my controller. I’m being patient as the corona virus has mail disrupted. It shows no movement in the postal system since the day after it shipped. I paid a little extra to get it sooner.

Very disappointed. The thumb sticks both started to stick and not return to center nearly immediately. I returned the controller and I think this experience will bring my time with video games to an end.

New out of box had rattling bits of what sounded like plastic moving around inside the controller

Buttons always wear out after a while; and getting adjusted to paddles on ring and pinkie fingers takes a while. Gives you second thoughts about using regular controllers. Should be better quality for the price

It was missing parts(charging cord and D-Pad) - the RB button and B button didnt work. It was marked in good condition. Completely unsatisfied.

Rubber grips were scratxhed out of the box on 2 units. Poor quality control. Not worth the money. Ill stick with the standsrs xbox controller.

Thumbsticks and paddles warped and went bad within two weeks of use. It's been recalled already. Not a good product. Second one I've bought, both have tanked.

These are terrible. Breaks every few months and has to be replaced. Gets more expensive every edition so even with insurance, replacement will cost you an additional cost plus the cost to renew your insurance.

Typical XBOX, joystick broke inside of 3 weeks. Just buy the regular controllers. This one is junk as well. Save the money

Open box excellent item not as described. Missing all of its accessories and looked very used

This controller is so fragile, the left stick wont click when pressed just after a few months of playing with it. Bad quality

good controller , breaks easily. ive had about 6 of these controllers and the RB button goes everytime. now the controller just turns off randomly

Purchased in mid November 2019. Left thumb stick developed a upward drift by mid April 2020. Microsoft said its out of warranty. For $170+, the controller should last longer than 5 months of casual use. DO NOT BUY.

Very fragil controller breaks to easy not good for play competitive. (I have had 4 xbox elite 2 controllers in the past)

thumbstick is too loose. i can move it one mm up or down and side to side and doesnt give input. waste of money except for paddles and nice triggers. will buy another brand once available for ios gaming.
