One of the best controllers you could pay for. The weight really makes a difference. Really feels great in the hands.

I love the Elite controllers. This is my 3rd in a matter of years and Microsoft kinda needs to look into some of the ongoing issues, but this is one of the best controllers out there.

I really like the advanced configuration options with the extra buttons and the ability to customize them.

I replaced my worn out elite series, with the new version. My old unit had played hard! This new series 2 has great new improvements, also the new unit is not a duplicate. You can not swap parts from the old to the new. I have my original fitted with round top sticks on it, the new unit only allows one of these, on one side or the other. You can not use the old sticks or any other remove able controls. So yes I love it for being well made, but just not compatible with the older elite.

Sucks that Microsoft still makes you purchase battery paks for controllers. This is where they fall short in the console wars. However, this was an impulse buy, dang it microsoft. But it is a very good controller. It feels premium and it comes with a charge base. All controllers should be double a battery free at this point. But still, all in all, its worth it.

I feel like these should be cheaper, but straight up - once you've played with an Elite controller, you can't go back to a regular one. Fair warning - I'm on my 3rd one, you get right about 2 years out of it with moderate use.

It works well and the battery is rechargeable which is a big plus.

Love my Elite 2. I've tried other pro level controllers but went back to the Elite 2. Love its weight and how customizable it is. Be sure to get the warranty though, they're not fragile but their lifespan is notoriously bad. Ive gone through 2 but thanks to the warranty replacing them was a breeze.

This is an excellent controller. I like how customizable the controller is along with I like that you can change the color of the button. I also appreciate that it’s wireless and the overall feel of the controller. Overall, excellent purchase and addition to my Series X.

Purchased an open box controller and very happy with it. Only gripe i have is the charging case doesnt work as well as i would like but its not an issue i would remove a star over. Charges great through the controller and all the different sticks and d pad are easy to swap out and use.

This is now one of my favorite controllers ever. I love the build quality, the customization, the look and feel of the controller, and just everything else this controller has to offer. Paired with the Xbox accessories app it makes gaming so much more comfortable

Fantastic controller except for how quickly it developed stick drift. Love the weight, and extra buttons, but the stick drift is going to be the death of me!!!

Great feel for gaming with your hands, great durability as well. Minimal problems. I highly recommend.

Bought this controller for my best freind and it made being online much more enjoyable

I bought this as a bday gift for my husband because the older model wasn’t exactly working for him anymore. Weve both been impressed by the customization abilities and overall performance. Overall, a great purchase.

I have hear all the negativity concerning this controller which made me very hesitant to purchase. I've had it now for just over a month and all I can say is so far so good. It feels great in the hands and the buttons/paddles are super sensitive which I love. I cant speak for all who purchased this controller but I've had zero problems. Because of all the bad reviews I did purchase the warranty to go with it so I have that extra security. All in all I would highly recommend.

Incredible control with many customization modes and good response in games

Very well made. Lots of options for customization. There is an included case as well, which is very well designed. There's a charging station that can either sit in the case or on its own, and works either way, which I thought was a nice touch. I got it as a gift, and it was easy for them to set up and use. I'm not sure it's worth the MSRP price (I got it on sale), but it's definitely very well designed.

Elite series 2 core works really good. Not a bad price as well
