Good controller, bumpers will wear out. Thumb stick tension adjustability is nice.

Bought this controller on black friday, and also at an even cheaper price for it being an open box item. It was in great shape all included items were present. Im very happy with my purchase and also the process of receiving it.

By far the heaviest of the XBox controllers out there mainly due to a 40 hour rechargeable battery. The rubberized grips do make it a much more pleasant controller to use. Easier to hold on to. The variety of buttons and sticks is always nice and they are simple and easy to replace. Extra buttons with three button profiles to save to. With an indicator light to tell you which profile you are using. The charging hub is not large and can easily sit on top of the console. Con: Expensive!

Slim, comfortable to use. Multi purpose. All the buttons in the back add comfort to your hands while playing video games

Great battery life, feel, quality. Now that I'be used paddles, I can't go back. Took off one star due to weak bumper design. This gen is better than last, but still not very durable.

Got this open box, no problems with it at all. Saved $40.

Definitely one of the most user friendly and well thought controllers around. Well worth the premium if you use a console controller frequently. I will say the triggers aren’t adaptive but manually modified so I’d love to see Microsoft’s take at adaptive triggers. Sony had a good idea but I don’t believe the execution was the greatest and would love to see it make its way towards Microsoft’s design.

I got this Remote Controller for my Xbox. However, after getting my gaming PC recently, I found that it works well with it. I especially like the back paddles and the fact that you can customize them to whatever button you want. The controller feels solid and comfortable on my hands. I do not think I will be going back to any other controller after using the Elite 2

Good controller with good external build quality and feel. Always get the warranty as this controller is known to have issues with stick drift or buttons getting stuck. Great while it works!

Love the controller and the ability to switch songs between games

hands down the best buy I have made, love the feel and controls, couldn't be happier and definitely recommend getting one. the case is great and all the features glade I got this, I was buying a new control every couple months but this one you can feel the difference.

The controller is very high quality, has a lot of good features, and is easily accessible with all of its features. The main problem is how easily it breakers. I have had one for 1 year and have had to turn it in once for repair and have the same rescue ring problem again. It has lots of problems with the bumpers like one click registering two and having to press in hard to register it.

The Series 2 Elite is a much needed improvement over its predecessor, but still not perfect. The thumbsticks are still too easy to accidentally knock off, and I personally think the rounded ones should be smooth. Some pros would be the built in battery life is impressive, and it has 3 customizable control mapping options. The extra paddle buttons don't get knocked off as easily as the series 1 controller.

I have the original Elite controller and it’s still working great except I wish the rubber grips were not peeling off. This new Elite controller is better in every way than the original. It has better rubber grips which look like they will never peel, hopefully. It has a built in battery and a charger built into the case. I also think the buttons feel better too. Hopefully it holds up over time. For now, I highly recommend it.

I've held a few controllers in my hands, from the stock xbox controller, to the elite series 1 and 2. Let me say the most enjoyable controller for my gaming experience has been the elite series 2. With interchangeable thumbsticks, trigger stops to reduce the range of motion in FPS games, and paddles placed very well on the back of the controller, the elite series 2 certainly feels like it elevates my gameplay. I would certainly recommend it.

A must if you want to do more precise gaming" specially with shooter games like warezone. This is a "CORE" controller so it won't come with any extras like bumpers or paddles, etc. Its basicall just the controller

We bought this for our son's 12th birthday and he was so very excited about it. Apparently he had been wanting it because his friend has one and we didn't even know it. The versatility is great and we love that it charges in the case. He is obsessed with Fortnite so he gets a lot of use out of it. Great controller and highly recommend for the advanced gamers. My only complaint is how much it costs. As a mom and not a gamer I don't understand why it's so expensive...

This should be the standard for all controllers to achieve. The amount of tweaking and customizing is insane, and only goes to show how much care Microsoft put into this controller. Travel case, charging dock, swappable d-pads/control sticks, textured grips, cables, tension tool, programmable profiles, trigger stops, paddles, I mean, I don't know what else they could do to make this thing even better. My hat goes off to you, Bravo!

Great customer service! The controller works great. Helps my overwatch gameplay on xbox.

Haven’t really used it yet, but feels incredibly well built. Looking forward to testing it out
