Great controller - aesthetic and functional. Love the charging case. My RB sticks a bit after a year or so, but no stick drift like others have shared. Happy I bought and can never go back lol

After using the Elite Series 2 Wireless Controller I can confidently say I will not be going back to stock controllers anytime soon. Another great investment for someone looking to upgrade their setup! I got mine on clearance because it was returned too. LOOK FOR THE DEALS!

So I’m fully aware of all the reports and issues that came with this at its launch so I probably like many others , decided to wait and see if they fixed whatever they needed to in the later batches. I was wrong. From the extensive research I did about this, not many people were looking at “lot numbers” to see which ones were faulty and which weren’t. I ordered this about 2 weeks ago and from what I found, it was the newest lot number, #2011. So I thought I’d have a good chance at a solid one. Nope. Literally 1 week in, the joystick was drifting . And because these are so out of stock so often, Best Buy couldn’t swap mine out so I’m forced to either play with a broken one or return it altogether and wait weeks or even longer to get a new one and HOPE it’s not the same lot number. This is kind of ridiculous. I even bought the 2 year warranty on it because I was gonna be “okay” with the chance it breaks after 6 months when both Microsoft and Best Buy standard exchanges would be done. One week people... one. And I’m not the only one , 1000s of people are getting this within 30days. I don’t understand it. I have been a Xbox and Microsoft fan since 2005. I’m gonna hold out and see but I’m honestly thinking of switching over to Sony and the PS5 if this keeps up. I know I won’t be the only one in that dilemma either.

The gamepad has a nice weight to it and feels very premium.

Using an elite controller is a complete game changer for Call of Duty. Cant believe i played this long without one! The customizable buttons and joystick tightness make a huge difference.

Was skeptical at first as a PlayStation fan but using this for my PC has changed gaming for me for sure. Takes a bit to get used to but much better than the old Xbox controllers and I feel maybe better than the ps4 layout. Paddles come in handy quite often. Joysticks are interchangeable so less hassle. Normally on sale too and Best Buy will price match (:(:

Normal xbox controllers just didn't cut it for me anymore. I had the series 1 elite controller and loved it to death. Now with the series 2 out I had to have it as I gave away my series 1. This controller takes it to the next level with adjustable thumb sticks, over the series 1. Along with the dock charger which is such a great idea. I use it for my pc and it works flawlessly for steam and windows 10 games.

I bought this controller to play on my pc because I’m no use to play on keyboard. I would say this controller is a much better than the Scuf controller on quality. I have been using this controller and both thumbs switch hasn’t tear like the scuff. One cons is that price/value have to be lower down a little. After all I’m amazed playing on pc with this controller.

I used the Series 1 for many hours and loved it. This Series 2 is improved in every area. The grip feels slightly off at first, but after some use, it feels great and grippy. The rechargeable battery is great and it’s awesome that you can put the controller in its case to charge. The thumb stick options are better this time around as well as the paddles. Love that you can adjust tension of thumbsticks this time around.

What's better than an Xbox one elite controller? An Xbox one elite series 2 controller. More options, more programs, they fixed the issue with the paddles getting in the way of your fingers wrapped around the bottom of the controller. 3 programmable settings for 3 different games instead of 2 with the previous controller. Price us crazy high tho, add in the extended warranty and that's alot of costco pizza i could buy

I Loved My Last Elite Series & It Lasted Me Bout 3yrs B4 I Had To Replace It… I Love The Color On This One Only Downside Is I Have To Buy Accessories But Overall I Love The Performance & Feel To This Controller

Fastest most accurate controller so far, I bought this controller over scuf controllers because of its amazing game play but even more so because of its great help desk plus the price, easily won more CoD battles because of its precision aim, definitely a winner.

I was slightly reluctant to buy this controller because of the price. I am glad I decided to get this for my son after all. It is incredibly well built with a lot of toggle options. The piece that really impressed me was the charging system and magnetic holder built into the protective carrying case. Definitely worth the purchase if you have a serious gamer.

I absolutely LOVE this controller. There are negative reviews for it though with buttons sticking and bumpers breaking but tbh I just think some people don't treat their belongings very well. Ive had no issues and love how easy it is to use. The back paddles do take some getting use to but once you do its very hard to go back to anything else. The battery is rechargeable through USB c and its good for about 40 hours.

Definitely packaged awesome! The controller itself is heavier than standard ones which is good. Controller has so many options you can change that it’s slightly overwhelming but once you understand everything it’s one of the best! Love mine!

I had purchased the XBox Elite 2 Controller because I've always wanted to try one and see what all the hype was about. First thing I noticed when purchasing this was how heavy the box was. Second, the build quality is just amazing. Third, the controls make a difference. Fourth, it was on sale as part of Best Buy's 15 days of gaming sales event leading up to Christmas.

Bought it for my man for his bday and he loooooves it, his friends that have come over and tried the controller have said what a difference it makes VS. the regular one. He usually just plays COD

They are a great upgrade from normal controllers but they produce heat very easily and the rubber grip will eventually start to peal off which blows but overall 8/10
