Great Controller!
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is an amazing controller. I had an elite series one and Xbox did an amazing job on taking the best from the first series and making better for series two. The grip is better, has more options for customization as well as included battery with great life. Controller is a little smaller than first and feels great while long gaming sessions. Really worth the upgrade. Also uses a type usb c cord for charging as well as corded game play.

Nice controller
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I like the new additions to this controller over the first Elite controller, but there are a couple things I don't like as much as the first Elite controller. Such as the buttons are a lot louder the both my Elite v1 controllers. Second and most annoying is that on the Elite v1 controller you barely have to tap the A button to get it to register on the V2 I had to return the first one I received because the A button half the time would not register and the second one is the same way if not a little worse. You definitely have to push the A button all the way down and sometimes it still don't register. The last issue is that it like many other people (mainly YouTube reviews) have mentioned it continuously disconnects from my Xbox One X. Battery life seems to live up to what is stated of 40 hrs. I do enjoy the grip of the V2 more than the original even though I had changed my back grips on my V1 with Scuff. I do recommend for those that don't have the Elite V1, but if you already have the V1 I probably would not recommend spending the money for the upgrade.

2 defective controllers back to back
||Posted . Owned for 4 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I really wanted to like this controller but the design quality just hasn't been good as has all xbox controllers that has come out from the launch of Xbox One X/S to the current Series X/S. As a long time xbox user, you could tell right away the quality of controllers have diminished as soon as you hold one in your hand. I was really hoping the Elite Series would be different and I could justify paying the price tag. Unfortunately, I experienced similar problems as other reviews had stated not once but both times. On the original controller I purchased, the right trigger and Y button were unresponsive exactly %50 of the time. I brought it in and exchanged it for a new one. The second one seemed to be fine at first aside from the right bumper being unresponsive sometimes and the A button sticking every so often but after a month I started experiencing wireless connection issues. The middle xbox light on the controller would dim a little bit and disconnects from the xbox. Even though the controller is still powered on, the controller is completely unresponsive until the middle light is fully lit, which takes about 15-25 seconds each time. It only happened sporadically at first but now it'll keep happening unless I have the controller plugged in. Of course now it's past the return date and Microsoft stores are now non-existent so I can't go anywhere to exchange it again. I could go through the online warranty process but would likely receive another used/refurbished item in return. But at this point I don't know if I would even want another one.

Great grip and customization
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The texture grip is comfortable and the customization through the pc and xbox apps are where this controller really becomes pro. Paired with Scuff rear triggers this is great all around.

Game (pun intended) Changer
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I’ve always used the controllers that come with the Xbox system, but then I bought the elite. GET YOU ONE! The mapping, feel, and tweaks you can do with this controller is far beyond my expectations. Worth the money.

Over all pretty great
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Overall a really good controller. The only downside is it is USB rechargeable instead of batteries (my preference). I also does not have a screen shot button

This is the controller you need!
||Posted . Owned for 2 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I love the weight to the controller as well as the grip but the sticks last for way longer then standard controllers I’m kind of an aggressive player/ user so the durability goes a long way controller lasts through all of my gaming sessions with no issues

||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I know its the "core" but i thought you would at lease get one set of paddles. Its okay that i didnt because 3rd party on amazon was only $13 for the paddles so you save a ton not getting the case and other accessories.

Worth it for the price
||Posted . Owned for 2 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The Xbox Elite Wireless Controller is a must if you are a hardcore gamer. I've read some reviews about it having stick drift after a couple of months of use but, I have not experienced anything in my 2 months of owning it. After using this controller it's hard for me to use a regular controller because of the remapping done to the back paddles. Overall though it's worth it if you play a lot of games.

Unbreakable!
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. So I bought two of these. One from Best Buy and one from Game Stop. For my 22 year old and 12 year old sons. I hate paying for controllers because they break them so easily but I read the reviews and they were all good. First day my oldest had it he dropped it down the stairs, spilled soda on it and it was thrown off the wall a couple times. Not a mark. Or scratch. Nothing. This thing held up through it all. Very well made. And the one from game stop was more expensive and that's the one my other son had and when we took it out of the box it was used and it wasn't supposed to be. Definitely worth the money as long as you buy it from Best Buy.

My experience with this controller
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I love this controller more than any controller I’ve owned so far, interchangeable thin sticks and d pad are the best thing about it, so you can replace with a new grip if yours is worn out also. Pro list goes on

Best controller ever.
||Posted . Owned for 7 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I honest didn't think an elite controller would feel any different. Holy crap was I wrong. This thing is AMAZING. Feels perfect in my hands. Love the weight. Being able to swap about joysticks with different versions is amazing. Love the quick buttons on the backside. Battery life is amazing. Definitely worth the price if you do a lot of gaming.

Expensive controller that cost me more money
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is a very well constructed and quality controller that feels really great to use. My issues with it stem from its pc compatibility. Firstly I would not use this controller via bluetooth, as there is intermittent latency, use a dongle or a cable to connect. Secondly, and my biggest disappointment, is that there does not appear to be any first party support for keyboard mapping. I found plenty of tutorials on how to use it. But when you try and use the software to map, the options are not there. I ended up using a third party software to accomplish this
