Upgraded stock controller, haven’t set it down longer than five minutes when im home. Definitely worth the money wish I would have done it a while ago

This is a great value, everything I wanted and more. I love the feel of the controller in my hand and the red color is outstanding. It made playing Window PC games a breeze. Thanks Best Buy for the terrific tech.

The best controller I have used, bottoms work great

way better than the normal controller, the remappable buttons on the back help so much with movement. the adjustable dampers are great too

Bought an Elite 2 on a whim because it was priced well, being "Open Box Excellent." Upon using it I realized that the "Y" face button wouldn't register when pressed from the lower part of it, even if the button was pushed all the way down. Also noticed the "P3" paddle was loose compared to the other 3 and didn't register or make a click noise like the rest. The look, feel, handle and customizability this controller are all incredible and I like the versatility of running wired or wireless and not needing batteries, but I have yet to try this controller bought "new." I hope the face button issue was more a 1 off defect and not issues with quality control.

All of the pro elite series 2 xbox controllers have issues. I have owned for different controllers and always seem to develop a problem with either LB or RB about 4-5 months in. To be totally honest, unless you have a total tech membership this product is not worth the money. If you would like to follow through with a purchase just ensure you get insurance for it because it will definitely give you problems within a short time.

First "upgraded" controller I have ever purchased and it has been working as expected so far. I really like the customization/remapping capabilities as well as the extra set of paddles. Still getting accustomed to the extra paddles, but I can attribute some improvements in my gameplay to this controller. Build quality is great and only time will tell how it holds up.

Controller feels great in the hands, has grips on the outer wings, controllable triggers as well as 4 programmable buttons on the back of the controller that are essentially easier ways of hitting X Y A B. Would definitely recommend!

From the weight, the tactile grips, the precision of the joysticks... i love this controller. I use on both xbox and PC.

I cannot quite believe the cost of this controller, BUT, the ability to customize everything about it is phenomenal. My gaming has vastly improved because of it due to the back paddles allowing me to perform multiple tasks at once. Feels good and heavy in the hand plus it comes with a case that lets you charge whilst it is in there.

Best controller can’t give it 4 stars due to this is my 3rd one as stick drift is prevalent I. The elite series 2. The changeable sticks are great if you play different games as you can get a comfortable grip and not have to use extensions when you need finer movements.

Would have preferred removable, compatible battery for swapping out charged units over installed rechargeable battery but unit is more svelte as a result, pleasure in the hands. Bluetooth at last, a welcome addition. Prefer to use keyboard but carpel-tunnel wrists and arthritic joints compel using a controller. The Elite had been my go-to until this upgrade.

This is a very solid feeling upgrade from the original elite (which is still great). The series 2 feels tighter and lighter in your hand, has a much better updated case and charging cord. Love this controller will not use anything else, and am an avid daily gamer.

This controller is a huge upgrade from the original. The trigger stops are amazing, the dock for charging is great. And the app to customize everything is still great. The only thing that could be better is the grip. At times it feels slick to me instead of more grip which is the opposite of what was intended.

The Elite Series 2 Core Wireless Controller is worth every penny. It feels great in my hands, and the customizable buttons and triggers give me the competitive edge I need. It’s a must-have for serious gamers.

Amazing controller that was recently updated to fix a lot of the major issues such as the notorious stick drift. Since COVID I've put in a professional level of gaming hours daily and have no received stick drift at all. In the event that I do receive stick drift, I also purchased the Geek Squad warranty plan for the additional peace of mind.
