Best controller Xbox ever made definitely buy this one if you have a pc it’s customizable

It’s a great controller holds a charge for days mine was 3 days before it needed to be charged

Great controller love the back buttons the rubber grips are annoying feel slippery at times but i like the controller overall

Grips and sticks are amazing. The back paddles are metal which gives it more of a rigid premium feel.

It works good it has good, trigger response time and the joy sticks feel smooth. A bit heavier then the regular controller.

See the pictures for what Best Buy considers "open box - good condition." 1. literally missing all accessories 2. packed in a brown box and shrinkwrapped so tightly that the sticks were mashed down 3. all scratched up 4. rubber grips filled with some crust substance. Food? earwax? This was such a waste of my time. Going to the store, waiting to pick up the order, inspecting it, then having to immediately do a return, which took 15 minutes because the pickup had to "process in the system." It took two employees to figure out which buttons to press to undo everything. They suggested I just leave as it would "take a while" and I should just leave my $80 in limbo. I guess there's a reason it was so cheap...literally disgusting, and the employee at least offered me hand sanitizer after I handed this disgusting thing back across the counter. This will be my last "open box" experience with Best Buy.

Stop playing console and get a pc broke boy. This thing is nice but breaks fast.

This is my replacement for my Elite Series 2 wich lasted me close to 4 years here's to 4 more years of gaming

Lover the series 2 controller definitely worth the extra money

If I would have paid full price for this I would have been very displeased with the overall product. I returned the used one based on that the right bumper barely worked. I tried to work around it by mapping the paddles but that was somehow worse than an inconsistent bumper. Besides the fact I could change the controller emblem color (should be mandatory at this point for all the controller considering the regular ones are $60/$70). The pro controller is just a glorified overpriced Xbox series controller.

Great quality, my son wanted this controller for a long time to use it on Pc and for his xbox. I used it my self the back paddles are great smart trigger works very well.

Works great you can adjust it to ten way you like and play!!

Its no ps5 conteoler but does the job on the new pc
