The controller when it works is fantastic! It may be my model or just a sheer amount of bad luck but these controllers for me have been very poor in the longevity department. As a fan of the Controller I’m disappointed to admit this but for the price and the reliability is just not worth it. Having to use your warranty to keep your controller in working order is quite annoying. As it can take up to a month before Microsoft returns it repaired or replaced with a new one.

Please buy best buys warranty on these! Mine broke because I game a lot and the left joystick finally gave out. Great quality controller compared to other brands that I can't name.

Very good controllers. Only thing is the bumpers always break first. Overall good make sure u get the warranty.

It’s a great controller and it works very well, only thing I wish they would do is make all the buttons light up.

I purchased this after returning the hori fighting stick and it was the best decision i made. The D-pad just works better for me when playing street fighter 6.

I love this vontroller but after about a year and a half, paddles started going out.

It has way more internal customizatio. Than i expected. The co troler feels premium. I think its a little expensive, so i got it on sale

Great controller, but this is my 2nd one in just over a year. The buttons seem to get stick drift after a while and this is only worth it with the protection plan since it would be fully covered if anything were wrong with it.

This controller is pricey, but if you play a lot the cheaper controllers end up breaking. The charging dock is a great feature, and one that 1st gen elites didn’t have. They have also added paddles (4 total vs the 2 on the first gen). All in all a very solid feeling controller for the serious gamer.

Overall a great controller. Tons of customization in both hardware and software. Minus one star as the left stick has major drift issues. It's being taken care of Microsoft under warranty, but requires sending it out before a replacement is sent back.

Love the grip now wrapping all the way around the controller. The paddles were resized and feel much more natural. The added third hairpin trigger settings are nice as well, allowing for further customization. No issues with bumpers going out or stick drift yet a few weeks in of several hours of daily use.

Solid controller. Tons of customization options. Several stick options, lengths and sizes, multiple profiles on the fly and the paddles on the back of the controller make this a great choice of "pro" controllers. This think is built like a tank.

Build appears to be sturdy and quality at first use. Paddles are responsive and made of metal so they won’t break. HOWEVER….. the left thumb stick has been known to get loose while in use. And the I started experiencing stick drift after 4 months of use. I recommend always buying the replacement warranty because you will need to use it.

This is actually much better than i expected it to be. The whole setup is very nice and makes you want to take good care of it. The additional pieces to switch between to customise are also very nice, even if you only plan to have them as back up pieces

Purchased this when I bought my new Xbox . I’ve always wondered if they were worth the money and I found out ! I LOVE IT !! Should have bought one years ago. Programming has stepped up my game and it’s very comfortable. Live the charging cradle / case.
