Its a well built controller, but, It has a pretty big delay in responding and the left joy stick didn't click down like its supposed to right out of the box.

I was hesitant to buy the elite series 2 as my elite series 1 wasn't that old but I treated myself for my birthday and was pleasantly surprised! The first one I received was defective however customer service did amazing refunding me to buy a new one.

Much better than the previous version. A little more expensive but you get what you pay for. The whole thing feels solid and sturdy and comes with lots of ways to adjust to your liking. Buttons and paddles feel great and the “charging dock” is a good addition.

Definitely better than the stock controller. Sturdier and the buttons and sticks are firmer.

Love this controller compared to the regular ones, also the internal battery pack is awesome and lasts forever before having to charge.

Makes gaming better. The adjustable trigger travel makes this controller ideal for FPS games and the grips are very comfortable. I did have the typical sticky A button issue but after a day of game play the issue resolved itself

I like this controller's versatility. You can make adjustments to knobs and add in presets with the paddles underneath. However, for almost $200 I was hoping that this controller would last longer than normal. The main issue I have with controllers is that the knobs get worn out and floppy after a few months of use. I was hoping that with the adjustment ability I would be able to lessen this. This is not the case. I will go back to the normal $60 controller when this one wears out. If you are really into customizing your controller, the paddle functions are pretty neat. In my opinion the price is far to high for what you get.

One of the best controllers that I use. It has long battery life and the docking station is very convenient for travel as well.

This controller, although fantastic when purchased. It started to break down on me a month in to using it, where it would not turn on unless I connected the controller to a power source, even after charging. For the price, issues like this should not be happening at all $180 plus protections plan. The sad part is that without the issues, this would of been the best controller for x box hands down. In fact, I returned it and miss it. I hope Microsoft comes out with the Elite 3 with better software/hardware because I would purchase them in a heart beat if improvements are made.

Controller came in timely fashion. However. the controller was dirty and one of the buttons does not work.

Customizable bumped depth is really nice. Everything feels great and seems to be built well.

This controller feels great! The texture grips help keep your hands on the controller! The rear buttons make it better for multiplayer games so that you can also be slightly ahead of your enemy!

This controller is by far the best i have used. Its a must.

The Xbox Elite Series 2 controller is the Xbox one controller at it's best. The weight and feel of the controller is superior to the default Xbox One controller. Can't go back after using this

This controller is fabulous. It is ergonomic, has different lengths of joystick to fit your ganing needs. I give it 5 stars!

Awesome, once you get setting to your liking it awesome. Plan to buy another for when we have 2 players

Pros - Great fit and feel. Easy to use. Long lasting charge. Easy to setup. Cons - still not as hardy as it should be - stick drift happens within a year. Buttons break / wear out within a year.

Upgraded to this controller after my regular one died. This one is great. The paddles make for quicker gameplay and the battery lasts all day easily. Plus it feels more solid than the regular ones.
