Best controller available today. If you're reading this just buy it. You will have no regrets. Great for those who want to PC game as well but aren't comfortable with mouse and keyboard yet.

Bought this open box and was in great condition. Love this controller.

Got open item in excellent condition. Definitely don’t think it was tested cuz it was good at best.. some of the buttons didn’t work, but was able to get replacements at a low enough additional cost so I swapped them out and now works okay. Rubber grip is misaligned so kinda bubbles out

I like the control really good but I miss the old features that a regular control has and the paddles are really nice but I’m not used to it but I would definitely recommend it

Amazing controller, not one issue I’ve encountered from other reviews. Controller feels great, buttons are responsive and I love the versatility of changing the sticks and it’s tension! Would recommend for future buyers.

I love everything about this controller when it works but my goodness its 2022 with Microsoft about to launch I white version of this same controller and I am about to exchange this one out for another controller due to problems. In 2020 I bought this controller and out the box it would not register when I pressed the "A" button. I remember thinking well when I can get my hands on the Series X I will try to buy this Elite Series 2 Controller again. Fast forward to Sept 2022 and I have had my Series X for a month now and the controller that came with my Series X does not register the Y button anymore. So I decided to try the Series 2 controller, verified using the Lot number that it was a 2022 manufactured model and came home to test it out. Out the box the "A" would not always be recognized, I noticed in game so I used Xbox Accessories to test out the buttons and sure enough all the buttons work fine and register in the test but the "A" button does not. Back to Best Buy to exchange. Came home with exchanged Elite 2 that had a 2021 lot number and sure enough the "A' and "B" buttons do not register with every press so I am on my way back to the store to exchange again. Stay Tuned...

my boyfriend really likes this controller, it’s the second he’s gotten after the first one broke because he stepped on it accidentally not because the product breaks easily.

Great controller the back tabs were confusing at first but ive gotten better with them

Great controller no problems what so ever. Very customizable and sturdy. Only con is the trigger stop caps will fall off over time. (Ps I had this controller before for about 3 years with heavy use)

One of the best controllers I've owned this far. The weight makes it feel amazing in your hands and the button customization on this version is awesome! I've bought two of these just for how much I love this controller!
