They need to be made with better quality. If you’re going to purchase it, but the warranty with it.

The custom options make playing FPS games a dream. My only gripe is that I didn't purchase one sooner. Highly recommend.

Pros: - rechargeable long lasting battery - paddle sticks - exchangeable sticks Cons: - weight - can tend to cause some hand strain given location of paddles ( for me at least)

The drift is starting to show but as with any controller purchase it’s recommended getting the warranty extended through Best Buy.

Every new Xbox controller comes with a 90-day limited manufacturer's warranty from Microsoft. If it's still within the warranty period, we recommend contacting Xbox Support for assistance here: https://beta.support.xbox.com/help/hardware-network/controller/wireless-controller-solution
