Elite says it all
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review."Professional" reviews are normally hit or miss and here lately complete garbage. Wanted one of these for a while, so I got one. I was one that could only play 1st person shooters with keyboard and mouse. Tried many times with the Xbox wireless controller, but no way. After setting up the Elite with the windows app and a little practice, I am now playing 1st person shooters almost as good as a keyboard and mouse with the convenience of a controller. Its just more fun. The customization in the app is very nice. Stick curve and sensitivity along with full button customization. There is also recalibration. The controller feels premium and comfortable, I use all four paddles and dont need to touch the keyboard for normal play controls. After just a few days I tried the older wireless controller again and couldnt put it away fast enough. If you are on the fence about it, dont be! The additional sticks are a must. Magnetic charger is awesome.

Great quality, worth the extra
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Very responsive in comparison to many other gamepads I have used. Very solid feel. Fully charged battery seems to last forever. Have played over 10 hours and the bluetooth monitor shows that I am still around 90%. Works well with the bluetooth module built into my MSI X570 Tomahawk motherboard. Worth the extra you pay. Pros: Responsive and wider turning in Need for Speed, Dirt and other racing games. Long battery life Adjustable sticks (comes with the screw driver to increase the tension) Works well with Bluetooth Charges via USB C connector Cons: Really none except to get the extra paddles and sticks you have to purchase the accessories kit

Major upgrade from the basic controller
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Way better than the standard Xbox controller. I like that you can set the back paddles to anything you like. No more having to buy batteries since it’s rechargeable. The biggest problem is the joysticks, the drift is very real and for a controller with a high price they should be better.

Better than Scuf
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I've had this controller for about 3 weeks nlw with no issues at all. I have also owned at least two scuf controllers and each scuf controller had issues at least 1 week aster use. This controller sensitivity is excellent and the adjustable triggers makes it great for Call of Duty and Warzone. The back paddles uses an app to configure them how you would like and is a very easy to use. This controller quality wise is better than any scuf or console controller i have ever used. I use this for my PC and dont own an Xbox Series X or S although for PC this controller is a beast. For quality this controller beats anything out right now. I know that PS is coming out with its own controller with back paddles, but from early reports is going to be significantly more expensive than this controller. If the Elite controller ever starts experiencing issues, i may give the PS controller a try.

Wonderful controller
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was a big fan of the elite series one controller and for those who are the same I will leave these comparisons if you're trying to make a decision on whether to buy the new one. The grip has changed from the soft touch to a more textured rubber. I'm not as big of a fan of it but that will be personal preference. The paddles have been improved, previously The originals were so large that I would usually take two off because they would get in the way. They have now shrunk them and shaped them in such a way that I can comfortably hold the controller while leaving all four on. The shape of the controller is still the original and not the newer design of the series X, which is unfortunate because I believe the series X style is a more comfortable fit. There's also no new share button and the profile button cannot be programmed to become the share button. I have yet to experience any stick drift or any of the other common problems that seem to occur with the elites. However, I have only owned this for a month and I never experienced any of those problems on my original. Overall, I believe if you were a fan of the original Elite you will be a fan of the series two.

Overpriced, Feels Cheap.
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.High price while not including the rear buttons. The grip is nice and the battery life is excellent. The ABXY buttons are loud and feel cheaper than even my cheap back up controller. The D-pad also feels cheap and you can hear the low quality spring inside it. The vibration works well. Hopefully lasts longer than the controller included with the console, which started drifting after about 100 hours of use. In conclusion, way overpriced for this level of quality.

Good controller but the bumpers give out
||Posted . Owned for 1.5 years when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. It is great however the bumpers eventually give out and stop working. I am not a rager and I never throw or bang my controllers. However, my bumpers still have given out where it doesn’t function properly to where I had to use the paddles instead for it. The paddles do not come with the controller so I ordered an extra set from Amazon.

Simply Good
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Pros: Solid Build Feels good in the hands Customization Cons: None TLDR: Buying one of these will last you considerably longer than the standard controller which will end up costing more in the long run.

Bet Controller...Period!
||Posted . Owned for 3 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Wow! When you open the box and pick up the controller for the first time you will notice the difference right away. It just feels right in your hands and works well. The extreme customization is amazing. I love being able to switch from Forza to CoD with the press of a button. Its expensive but totally worth it for dedicated gamers. Battery life is unreal!

Best controller I’ve ever used!
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Simply put, this is the best controller I’ve ever used. I love all of the customizations that can be made between the stick tensions, trigger locks, button mapping and multiple profiles. Love the rechargeable battery and the long charging cord. Only con would be the price. Wish it was about $40-0 less expensive. But no other controller can compare. Love it!

||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I had this for a few weeks now and I used it with my PC. Greatest Xbox one controller up to day yet!!!
||Posted . Owned for 5 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I honestly like this xbox one wireless elite 2 controller because it's a really comfortable gaming controller and comes with a carry case and different joystick removable sticks that you can swap out as needed. Great customization to this controller and it offers hours of play in which you can charge it up. It comes with wire usb.

Great while it lasts
||Posted . Owned for 1 year when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This device checks a lot of boxes. It's really comfortable to hold, and has a nice weight to it. Clearly uses good materials as it just feels great to hold and use. The problem is that it's very unreliable. I've now gone through 3 of these via warranty repair, which is crazy for a device of this sort. My regular Xbox controllers have worked solidly (minus some wear on the rubber from use), but the Elite Series 2 has had issues with the bumpers across all the devices I've had within 6 months. A very frustrating experience, and definitely would recommend waiting until a version 3 or updated release where Microsoft has sorted out these issues. Search online, they're very common.

Solid PC controller. Buy the Xbox adapter.
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I’m not a pro-gamer, and I know my PC gaming wasd breathen might look down their collective noses at an “elite controller,” but this has been a super worthwhile purchase for a few reasons (coming from an Xbox/pc controller that had the gold texture grips and AA batteries): 1) rechargeable battery is so much better than the removable AA. Charge lasts WAY longer. 2) USB-C, because in 2021 ain’t no got time for usb-a (a long and successful life). 3) I find the wireless response time to be much better than previous controller. Quick note: I have an usb Xbox wireless adapter, never in my life have I been able to get any controller working over just Bluetooth. Save yourself a headache and get the wireless adapter if you’re using this with Windows. 4) The weight is perfect, you could use it to club someone with if you have to but that’s because of the density, not because it’s a massive lead weight. Hands feel great wielding this bad boy. Yeah it’s not cheap, but you know where the money went when you hold it in your hand.
