I had bought the elite 2 when the Xbox series X was released as I play Microsoft flight sim on my Xbox (when I can and it’s not crashing to the desktop). The battery died so I had to get a replacement. I’ve had to this controller and I like it better then the black elite series 2. It’s cheaper for go for it. Nothing beats the Skuf controllers.

Purchased this remote for my son. He hasn't put it down since (might not be a good thing, lol).

I returned my Series 1 multiple times to Microsoft for grips that kept falling off. I bought Series 2 and am glad they fixed all the mistakes made with the first edition. This model has a built in battery that lasts over 35 hours on a single charge (Been playing Borderlands 3 with it since Christmas) and the grips are no longer glued but a part of the controller itself. It's more expensive than Series 1, but that's because of the amazing built in battery. Strongly recommended if you're a hard core gamer that plays a ton!

I absolutely love the Elite controllers and they are well worth the price. The red looks awesome and its very comfortable. Do be warned that it doesn't come with paddles so you either have to buy an accessories pack either from Xbox or aftermarket.

This controller is better than the default Xbox controller in every way. The paddles are great if you have finger/thumb issues like I do. There are basically no good wireless aftermarket options outside of this; the Scuf controller is wireless, but it runs on AA batteries, which I don't want to deal with.

Good price for a good controller (metal paddles not included)

The case acts as a charging cradle. The buttons are interchangeable and the sentisitivy is adjustable with a tiny hex bit included in the kit. If you are a first person shooter fan, this is your best option.

Awesome update from the gen 1 version. buttons are more tactile, and the 3rd adjustment for the trigger is game changing.

I've had this controller for two years, I still haven't had a single issue with it. I love the ability to customize the buttons on the back to whatever you want. It made my apex plays even crispier. Thanks for the great tech and quality materials.

The best wireless controller for xbox on the market

This is without a doubt a better feeling design then the first Elite controller. It has 3 positions for controller config potions, and the grips on the handles have a softer bump fell to them. The paddles on the bottom also feel better, a little more tucked in and out of the way. Also love the blacked out look of the controller. Just hope that the right and left bumper do better then the first Elite controller, Had to get mine fixed/replaced twice because they failed to work.

Gift for future SIL and he loves it! Stayed up til 5am watching utube videos about all the features it has.
