This is without a doubt a better feeling design then the first Elite controller. It has 3 positions for controller config potions, and the grips on the handles have a softer bump fell to them. The paddles on the bottom also feel better, a little more tucked in and out of the way. Also love the blacked out look of the controller. Just hope that the right and left bumper do better then the first Elite controller, Had to get mine fixed/replaced twice because they failed to work.

I really like the weight and feel of this controller.

Absolutely love using these controllers but the longevity of the sticks before stick drift kicks in is killing me. On my second controller, the first one both sticks had serious stick drift that I could not handle and my Right Bumper became useless and stopped working. My second one now after six months my right thumb stick is now having stick drift making it impossible to use. Its perfect until issues arise.

Best controller ever. I've used the series 1 and other normal controllers. These one is hands down amazing. Grip around the whole thing. Rechargeable battery that can dock inside the case with the charger coming in through the back. Adjustment tool to loosen or tighten the sticks. 1/4 pull on the triggers instead of a half pull. Whole thing feels sturdy with a nice weight to it. How many normal controllers have you purchased? 2 or 3? Could of bought this and definitely should. Stop buying crappy controllers.

The cost of the controller is perfect for this model, it has a great color touch on all pieces of the controller even the cable is great and long lasting. I would highly icemen’s if you like mix and matching with other controllers

So far, I can say I really enjoy this controller. It fixed many of the minor issues with the elite 1. The controller itself is the size of the average Xbox one controller. The grips feel natural and don't get in my way. The paddels, even though I don't use them, seem like they would be comfortable for someone who uses them. The battery lasts an incredible amount of time before it needs a charge, which can be charged in the case with the attached usb-c cable. Overall, I am happy I bought the elite 2, which is worth the money.

It’s exactly what you expect it to be. Doesn’t come with everything, but it’s not supposed to. This is more of a replacement for when your normal pro 2 controller dies but don’t want to pay extra for the extra parts.

Its a good controller. The features are great, being able to key bind is amazing, trigger locks are top tier. But I've gone through 4 of these so far. THEY DO NOT LAST. I do recommend this controller but get the replacement plan you WILL need it. First one was dropped from my desk to a carpeted floor. Right bumper stopped working. Next one the right bumper just stopped working for no reason other than use. Third one right bumper stopped working half the time and if i press on both thumb sticks the controller shuts off. Ordering my 4th one right now as I type this. I love the idea of this controller but for $179 you would think they would last longer than a year.

The Xbox elite series 2 is a fantastic controller with built in grip pads for sweaty players, it also provides for back paddles that can be mapped to your personnel needs and has replaceable joy sticks! If your looking to enhance your gaming experience this is your go to product!

Great controller! Has a wonderful grip feel and very long battery life. I had the paddles left over from a broken series one elite controller so they moved right over. But the thumb sticks don’t transfer so keep that in mind.

This controller is amazing. I was very skeptical at first of paying over $200 for a controller (with the warranty), but this is the best controller I've ever owned. The grips, additional paddles, interchangeable joysticks and D-pad are fantastic. There are so many customizeable features about this and it feels like a premium product. You can tell that Microsoft put a lot of work into this controller design. I'd encourage others to purchase one unless you're holding out for next-gen controllers.

Great remote! But get it with a warranty. They tend to give out one or another after 8 months or so.

Non-gamer here. It was hard to understand why we needed to upgrade to the elite controller until I held each and felt the difference. I've watched enough game play to see how intense the play can be, so now I can also understand why having some of the features would help. So instead of having to buy a new basic controller every 3-4 months because of the wear and tear, we'll invest in this and see it last a lot longer

Absolutely love this controller, no complains about it at all. Invest in your controllers, if you wanna compete.

I’d give it a 5 if I hadn’t had to replace it 3 times. These controllers are prone to random buttons failing. Get geek squad warranty. When it’s working it’s a… game changer (I’ll see myself out).
