Love my Elite 2. I've tried other pro level controllers but went back to the Elite 2. Love its weight and how customizable it is. Be sure to get the warranty though, they're not fragile but their lifespan is notoriously bad. Ive gone through 2 but thanks to the warranty replacing them was a breeze.

Works great. My son will only use these controllers.

This is an excellent controller. I like how customizable the controller is along with I like that you can change the color of the button. I also appreciate that it’s wireless and the overall feel of the controller. Overall, excellent purchase and addition to my Series X.

Purchased an open box controller and very happy with it. Only gripe i have is the charging case doesnt work as well as i would like but its not an issue i would remove a star over. Charges great through the controller and all the different sticks and d pad are easy to swap out and use.

This is now one of my favorite controllers ever. I love the build quality, the customization, the look and feel of the controller, and just everything else this controller has to offer. Paired with the Xbox accessories app it makes gaming so much more comfortable

It works well and the battery is rechargeable which is a big plus.

I have hear all the negativity concerning this controller which made me very hesitant to purchase. I've had it now for just over a month and all I can say is so far so good. It feels great in the hands and the buttons/paddles are super sensitive which I love. I cant speak for all who purchased this controller but I've had zero problems. Because of all the bad reviews I did purchase the warranty to go with it so I have that extra security. All in all I would highly recommend.

I bought this as a bday gift for my husband because the older model wasn’t exactly working for him anymore. Weve both been impressed by the customization abilities and overall performance. Overall, a great purchase.

Very well made. Lots of options for customization. There is an included case as well, which is very well designed. There's a charging station that can either sit in the case or on its own, and works either way, which I thought was a nice touch. I got it as a gift, and it was easy for them to set up and use. I'm not sure it's worth the MSRP price (I got it on sale), but it's definitely very well designed.

Controller feels premium! Great build cool case you can charge it in. Everything about my working one is awesome unfortunately the first one I purchased had mechanical sticking A and X buttons. Luckily Best Buy quickly replaced it for me as it was a factory defect! Was worth the investment if you are interested in a premium controller

You can feel the difference in quality on this controller compared to the standard Xbox ones. Even if you are not looking to use all of the features, you might have gone through two or three controllers already because they broke. Good investment to make if you are in that situation or if you do not want to keep on replacing part on your controller. The customization on the elite is endless. The four paddles feel great. The ability to tighten and swap out the joy sticks is also great.

If you’re a regular gamer, this is the most comfortable, and durable controller you will ever need. Very easy setup, and customization options. Ive had mine for over a year, use it 30+ hours a week and it still works without a problem. Amazing

The controller is excellent, the price you pay is worth every dime. The controller has weight and has a more premium feel then the regular controller. Battery life is amazing and could last a solid week on heavy gaming. The parts are so easily interchangeable and dont think about using another controller.

Fantastic controller except for how quickly it developed stick drift. Love the weight, and extra buttons, but the stick drift is going to be the death of me!!!
