Great controller until it wasn’t

Upon research trying to resolve the issues I realized it was a known problem with the right analog stick becoming unresponsive after attempting troubleshooting nothing worked so I had to return the controller as defective.

I find it way more comfortable to hold, it’s lighter, and the thumb sticks feel 10x better. You can also adjust how stiff the thumb sticks are. I tried the one my sister had and knew I needed the upgrade.

I have been using this for a while and when I picked up a normal controller, recently, I couldn't help but thinking the normal controller felt cheap.

The value is there with the open box.

If you want to save your money get the protection plan as the controller will inevitably fail. I am on my 4th one now and so glad that I always get the protection plan.
