I purchased this controller because I broke my last one somehow someway but I only spent the amount for this controller because I knew that it would last me a long while if you’re thinking about getting it just get it why wait?

After receiving the open box product which was allegedly labeled as excellent, i really enjoyed how responsive the controller was. I quickly noticed that the internal battery no longer held a charge since the controller would immediately lose power once disconnected from a charger.

This remote is amazing the color to it is bright. Instead of the wire being black to charge it blue, which it’s a cute.

AMAZING CONTROLLER. Best controller I’ve ever had my hands on. But after 3 months of use, I’m starting to experience the dreadful drifting and also the little nob you click on the back of the controller has this soft material on it and that broke off without me ever even using that nob. Definitely not cool when I mainly play FPS games. If it wasn’t for the drift and nob material breaking off this is the best controller ever made. But for a controller that is $200 it shouldn’t have any of these issues to be very honest with you.

Very very very happy with my new Elite 2 controller. Love the adjustable triggers. The paddles are going to take some getting use to. Not to happy with the weight , it is much heavier than my old ones.

I've owned 2. Both have stopped working. Updated controllers and been on Microsoft support multiple times to trouble shoot. USB stopped recognizing the second controller. Bluetooth kept disconnecting. The recommendation was to downgrade the controller software via the Xbox console due to the windows upgrade not being compatible with their own freaking ELITE controller. You need this for just the bigger stick, hairpin triggers, and adjustable settings. And rechargable battery.

Open box but works like brand new, It needed to be cleaned a little buy worth saving the money on it.

The feeling of this controller is amazing!!! I got it for my husband and he can not keep it out his hands. But, when I get a hold of it, I do enjoy playing game for a bit longer than usually, thanks to this controller.

Love this controller! Bought an open box one for less than half the price and it is flawless.

I was reluctant to buy the Elite 2, after reading many bad reviews of it, but I went ahead and ordered one as I love my xbox original elite 1. Been using it for almost a month and it works great. Will write more after six month.

Best controller out there! Super comfortable. Hair triggers are very nice for FPS. So many ways to customize.

First off, I love this controller. The overall build and quality is immensely better than the standard Xbox controller. And it should be, given that it is 2-3x more expensive than the standard, but you definitely get what you pay for. The sheer amount of customization is overwhelming, but is great for the serious gamer. I have noticed the RB button started to stick within the first 4 months of casual gaming, so I am very disappointed about that. My standard controllers only began to have button sticking issues after 1-2 years of use. Subtracting 2 stars because of this.

Great remote. Very sensitive and the joysticks feel great. Only complaint is that the buttons underneath the remote get pressed when handling the controller at times.
