I map L3 and R3 to paddles and my fingers are thanking me. I had the elite 1 and good grips pealed off. This one isn't supposed to have that problem.

Nice weight and the adjust ability is great to have. The only gripe I have is the paddles.. the scuff ones on the v1 were a little better.
I would recommend this to a friendpricey but worth it.

I do have latency issues sometimes when gaming but its not terrible. I had this controller for about 2 months now and game about 4 to 8 hrs a week and have yet to recharge it.
