For what u paid for (used) it’s great! Unfortunately I was expecting to come in its original box but didn’t, which it’s still ok. It came with everything, the controller was spotless and scratch less too! But, as I expected for a used item, the left trigger had some registering problems on its lowest setting, besides that the rest of the controller works perfectly.

These controllers rock, having all the side accessories already being able to buy the core was nice and easy and still my daily controller

Love the elite pro and how you can customize the back paddles button layout. Also love how you can change the joy sticks and d pad.

I love my new controller it’s super comfortable and the color is perfect.

Not as crisp as a complete one, but it is just as serviceable as one. I haven't had connectivity issues and it feels fine.

This is my third of these controllers. My only complaint is that the other 2 still work great, except for the single zr button on each. To be fair though, they must have lasted hundreds of hours of gameplay each before breaking. These controllers do have a great quality feel though - much better than the basic controller my Xbox came with. Definitely worth the money!

Had the original once and didn’t wan’t to spend the money, but this is an awesome replacement.

I absolutely love the Microsoft elite series controllers. I have a black one that I use. Also, this white one looks even better. It doesn’t come with the battery or the case but you really don’t need it. I love the way the stick works and it comes with all of the buttons and switches to the other one for the price you cannot go wrong with this I absolutely love the way it feels in your hand. The grip is nice the white does get dirty a little easy but it’s still looks great.

This controller is great! Love the adjustable to ensuon on the thumbsticks. Feels sturdy and controls are snappy. Shoulder buttons feel a bit flimsy, probably wouldn't survive landing directly on them in a fall, but that is no different than any other MS controller. Handle grips feel a bit sticky, but easy to grasp overall. Battery life is absolutely insane! Used it for 2 weeks on a full charge before it even indicated it was running low. Would recommend!

Xbox elite 2 is the best feeling controller. Nice rubbery feel and nice weight.

Fantastic product, I use it every single day and have had absolutely zero problems with controller updates, movement on screen, and connectivity. The customization of the controller is fantastic and the price is well worth the gaming experience. As an added bonus, the 2 year warranty Best Buy provides for this product is the exact reason I chose to shop with Best Buy in the first place. 10/10
