Great controller if you want paddles. However, it doesnt come with the case or the exta paddles. This is great if you have paddles already and just want a pro controller.

This is my second elite 2 controller. The first one just quit working. Hit the xbox button and nothing..I had it about 7ish months. I always buy from Bestbuy and it cost me 40 to get this second one. When you buy their insurance and replace an item, you pay for the insurance on the product. Needless to say this one gas been going good for a little over a month. I love having the paddles on the back. I set them up so I don't have to push buttons. Also really like having the ability to make the right and left triggers have a shorter squeeze. Some games I like a longer squeeze and others short. Overall I would definitely give the controller a 5 star, however the first one has me gun shy. 4 star is it this go round. Definitely recommend, and recommend Bestbuy insurance.

Worked great for two years but started falling apart after. Now 3 years bumper does work and the hips are coming off

This is a great rechargeable controller option for Xbox. I do wish that the paddles were included with each controller. It seems like a miss to charge extra for those on the side. Controller performs well, and had great battery life.

If price was no issue, i would highly recommend this controller every time. I love how everything is so customizable, i just wish the full set of paddles came with it at that price

Knocked off a star because value isn’t great unless you already have accessories. As a controller it works well. I like the color vs. all black.

One of the best controllers out there, period. Great customization for buttons and sticks. Nice weight and works on almost anything. And remember that your settings are saved on the controller so they travel with you. Downside is that this can only be programmed on a PC or Xbox (as far as I know). The one thing that is bad is that I've had two of these and within 2 years the RB button stopped working on both(this is a known issue) so get a warranty. If Microsoft could fix this it would be perfect (for most)

I had gotten an opened-box all black one for roughly $60 plus $35 warranty. Easily the best controller for any shooter game or even a regular gamer that needs buttons that are easier to press. My opened box one was missing the usb-c cable but that wasn’t a big deal. The controller functions like it is brand new. Easily the best controller I have owned and when this warranty is over and the controller breaks down the line I will 100% be buying another one!!
