||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. To start with I like the feel of this controller over the older model. Remapping was a breeze since my console recognized the other model controller was mapped previous to connecting it. I havent really had the chance to use it yet but i have it set up to knock some heads off in Call of Duty!!!

Not sure it’s worth the price tag
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I use this for Call of Duty but it’s not much more useful to me than a standard core controller. I only use 1 paddle for jumping/climbing. The deadzones need to be set at least 0.08 for the drifting to stop (this is a major issue in games where you can’t change the deadzone values.) Having all 4 paddles on is extremly uncomfortable and you’re bound to accidentally reload or swap weapons in a gun fight. Good news is they are removable. I have already had bluetooth issues with it on PC so I keep it plugged in. The trigger locks are kind of cool especially for semi auto weapons. If you find a use for all the features comfortably, this will work for you. I will probably be returning this in January.

So far, the best controller ever made!
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I loved the first Elite controller but the Series 2 blows it away! Very well constructed. The stick tension, 3 step trigger locks, shorter upper paddles, 3 profiles instead of two, and improved bumpers are just amazing! Definitely worth the price if you wanna up your game.

Possibly best controller ever
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I going to go ahead & give this item a good review, this is my second one. First one was great & then out of no where the right bumper started double clicking, I dealt with it for a little, however at $180 for a controller, it better be flawless & I didn’t have it but for like 2 weeks & it’s malfunctioning. I looked up online & that’s where I found my issue & others. I returned it to Best Buy & as normal they exchanged it for me with no fuss. So far the new one is working correctly, seems the face buttons need to be pressed with conviction, however the entire controller works, the craftsmanship & functionality is great & this could be the greatest product ever, if Microsoft can just fix the software & hardware issues. It’s crazy how all over the place the quality control is. If this controller goes south, I will be looking to get a refund & just buy a good battery charger & battery setup for my plain jane Xbox controller & call it a day, that controller still works great

Still good but quality issues
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is a good controller but for almost $200 dollars the ABXY buttons tend to feel flat some times without a good bounce back. I would have a tough time recommending it for the price. It is better than the standard controller but not by much.

Great Xbox controller
||Posted . Owned for 2 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Love the design. Ended up buying this one as my original Xbox elite controller was getting old although nothing wrong with it the new controller is great like that the battery is internal however curious on how long the recharge ability will be in the coming years as opposed to swappable batteries

Ok product
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Great and sturdy, a few things that would need improvements would be a removable joy stick because they seem to loosen pretty bad and the tightening sometimes its either too tight or too loose

Solid controller
||Posted . Owned for 4 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. Is it worth 160 bucks? No. Is it a great controller? Yes. It's actually a really nice controller. The rubberized faceplate is really grippy and comfortable and the interchangeable buttons are nice too. I've only found use for the paddles in racing games for shifting but I'm sure theres other uses for them.

Was a surprising gift
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. My wife surprised me with this controller, after my Elite Series 2 right bumper took a crap on me. My only complaint is that the A button is a little stubborn. Other then that I really like this controller.

2 Month in and Bumpers are having issues
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Love the controller. Love the feel, the customize the joysticks, the the "clickyness" of the paddles and, middle button. What im not a fan of is paying this much for a controller and already having issues. My buddy also experienced the same thing as me when you click the bumpers the controller registers it as you clicking it twice and this is very frustrating. i tried it on a couple separate games to see if it was the game and it was in fact the controller. I even tried testing it while hitting them slowly to make sure i wasn't hitting them twice myself. I am waiting for Best Buy to be in stock again so i can get my exchange and hope i just got a dud. Very unfortunate.
