Great controller, but this is my 2nd one in just over a year. The buttons seem to get stick drift after a while and this is only worth it with the protection plan since it would be fully covered if anything were wrong with it.

Great controller.. highly recommend..love using it over the original controller that comes with the console.

This version of the controller is much better than the first generation. Buttons and controller feel premium. By far the best controller I've ever used. We now own 3 elite controllers

I bought this controller for my husband for his birthday and he loves it. It is a great choice for all of your gaming needs and helps you make those accurate shots when needed. It is comfortable in your hands which makes for a nice playing experience. I would defiantly recommend this controller.

Very nice and with the rubber added to it, it is easier to hold and maneuver the joy stick. It is sharp looking with the black and white.

I do not know how to use all of the back buttons on the controller. It comes with one little magnetic piece to connect it but that's it. Other than that it is definitely a solid controller

This controller is AMAZING! I am a long time console gamer, and about 2 years ago I built a gaming PC. Moving over to the keys took some getting used to but once I was comfortable with it, I swore I would never use a controller again. Fast forward to Elden Ring dropping and just seems like the game was MADE FOR controller. So I went and picked up the Xbox Elite and I was super impressed. The build quality is very good, the swappable sticks are all magnets and hold perfectly. The rear buttons also pop on and off without tools giving you the option to remove them if not in use. All of it is packaged in a great carrying case that can be left plugged in via USB C, allowing the controller to charge when in storage. If you are looking for a quality controller, and have been considered this one… BUY IT! You will not be disappointed.

I've never paid more than the "normal" price for a controller so I don't have much experience with high end controllers, but I absolutely love this controller. It has a really nice weight and feels sturdy. Haven't had issues yet. But I got the protection plan because I heard there are a few issues

The right bumper has failed, the rubber grip is peeling away. Quality is bad but while it worked, the battery life is great! Having buttons mapped to the underside helps in the heat of the moment

I purchased this specifically because it offers three levels of tension for the joysticks. As someone who has hand tremors due to Parkinson’s disease, adjusting the joystick tension so it is harder to move reduces the negative effect of my tremors. I also like having an additional position for trigger pull depth. To further fine tune the triggers you can us the Xbox app to change the point at which the trigger reacts to your pull. I created a dead spot at the beginning of my left trigger pull because I was unintentionally putting tension on the trigger. So if I jumped in Destiny 2 it would cancel my jump. Now I have no issues. On the downside after a few days of use, the right trigger started squeaking verhy loudly. I searched YouTube and found a video that recommended using a dry lube like WD40 Teflon spray. Worked like a charm for me. Microsoft only offers a 90 day warranty so I recommend buying the extended warranty from Best Buy.

This is actually much better than i expected it to be. The whole setup is very nice and makes you want to take good care of it. The additional pieces to switch between to customise are also very nice, even if you only plan to have them as back up pieces

Purchased this when I bought my new Xbox . I’ve always wondered if they were worth the money and I found out ! I LOVE IT !! Should have bought one years ago. Programming has stepped up my game and it’s very comfortable. Live the charging cradle / case.

Overall I like this controller better than the standard one. The different saved profiles you can have on it makes it easy to switch when playing different games.

Excellent controller. Map paddles on bottom to any other button or remove them. Feels solid/dense, unlike classic controller that feels hollow/weighless. Worth the money.

It is the best controller that you can own for the Xbox. Period. It doesn't come with all the components of the Elite, but you can purchase those add-ons.

I love these controllers they are amazing . Bestbuy delivered fast open box excellent condition no problems ! I would never use their stores again but online seems fine

All the time I had bought low quality controls, now that I have this I can say that when you buy quality you feel the difference. Much more efficiency, high battery performance.
