Best quality and comfort hands down. I've been using this controller since it came out and it's the best controller on the market.

 The only thing that makes me a little sad as it did not come with a paddle attachment, but other than that it is a great controller to use for both PC and Xbox

Absolutely love this controller, I didn’t t think there would be much difference, or enough difference between this and the regular controllers to warrant buying the better one but wow!!! It’s soooooo much better than the regular ones. The respon time is so much faster, and smoother controls. Love it

The Battery Life is impeccable and the fact that you can customize the d-pad and thumbsicks makes it so cool. It has usb type c for charging which is great and I can connect the case to the usb charger so I can use the charging pad. Worth every penny.

I love this controller. It’s truly amazing accuracy of it. The free will to modify the triggers. We’ll buy the new version.

Works perfectly! Was so pristine that it took a minute to break it in. But definitely a good investment!

This is my second one of these in 3 years. I love this controller so much the paddles make all the difference when playing competitive fps games. Heavy use will wear it out but still works great for a long time.

Works great!! Packaged nice. Was open box but was brand new cables and all in original packaging still.

Works well. Worker couldn't find me a pc converter to connect to my pc but the controller is USBC so it works out of ghe box perfectly

Fits very well in your hands. Comfortable gripped handle reducing slippage. Ability to add extra buttons on the back of controller.

Great controller , I play warzone much faster because of it and the only down side I found was it Gets stuck drift very easily

this was a fathers day gift for my husband! he loves it so far! the best buy employee recommended it when he saw my husband with a different controller about to check out lol

These open box elite controllers are used. People use them for months then bring them back. Look at the buttons and other rubber parts you can se how used they are . Best Buy is misleading. Open box controllers don’t leave the store and havnt been played with games . But a new 1 they are awesome.
